    Peace

How would you prove an atheist that The Quran is Indeed The Word Of God ?

Or imagine if You were raised as an atheist and stumbled upon The Quran, how would you know that this specific book is indeed from God, The Creator of everything ?

    Peace

      Peace hansolo.
      You forgot this verse
      1331
Even if a Quran caused mountains to move, or the earth to tear asunder, or the dead to speak (they will not believe). God controls all things. Is it not time for the believers to give up and realize that if God willed, He could have guided all the people? The disbelievers will continue ...

Basically you cannot. So leave it at that if you wish.
If you believe ,I repeat my advice to you brother, study it.
      GOD bless you.
      Peace

        ?

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

            Peace,

First try to convince a quranist like me and some others that Qur'an is the word of God.

6940 This is the utterance of an honorable messenger.
6941 It is not the utterance of a poet; rarely do you believe.
6942 Nor the utterance of a soothsayer; rarely do you take heed.
6943 A revelation from the Lord of the worlds.
6944 And had he attributed anything falsely to Us.
6945 We would have seized him by the right.
6946 Then, We would have severed his life-line.

261 And you said "O Moses, we will not be patient to one type of food, so call for us your Lord that He may bring forth what the earth grows of its beans, cucumbers, garlic, lentils, and onions." He said "Would you trade that which is lowly with that which is good?" Descend Egypt, you will have in it what you have asked for. And they were stricken with humiliation and disgrace, and they remained under the wrath of God for they were disbelieving in the revelations of God, and killing the prophets without right; this is for what they have disobeyed and transgressed.

Then convincing an atheist will just be a matter of good communication.

a little reading/knowledge/pondering of quran will make you athiest...
a depth knowledge/pondering/verification of quran will make you beleiver...

athiest if he beleives in science you can easily convince him telling the very facts of science just discovered within last 200 years...

                Peace everyone,

Just trying to be objective here. I have presented all this to an atheist friend in past and here were his answers

                1. Quoting any verse (like 6943) would be logical fallacy of circular reasoning.
                2. Literary excellence cannot be appreciated by non Arabic speaking atheists and majority of Earth's population. Shakespeare's and Homer's works also had amazing literary excellence.
                3. Sumerian inscriptions and other archeological artifacts contained much more advanced scientific information thousands of years before the quran. Mahabharata mentions spacecrafts known as Vimanas, space travel outside Earth, and nuclear warfare. Moenjodaro ruins have evidence of high levels of radiation consistent with such warfare. Galen's embryology (discovered before the quran) exactly resembles the quran's embryology concepts (including the bones before flesh error).
                4. Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce made amazing prophecies.

So looks like brother good logic is right! I couldn't convince him at all brickwall

                Peace

dont waste your time, but rather tell those who wish to hear.

we dont have to come in with all our doctrines and dogma of 'the quran, the whole quran and nothing but the quran'

                  many people just reject this.

as it mentions in isaiah, 'a little here a little there' this is how we should be teaching.

someone might reject God, and the quran, but if you can just plant a seed of goodness, or water what is already there, then prehaps they will grow, and eventualy accept.

                  peace

monkey God hanuman is one of the best example of the authencity of these scriptures... along with spacecrafts..

which is also relevant with the theory of evolution... amazing bravo

beleiving on theories and myth is very easy specially when its regarding the wishful thinking...

on the other hand truth is really hard to accept for the rejector of scripture

some of the so called prophecies edgar cayce

1933 Will Be a Good Year

In one of Cayce?s earlier predictions, he stated that 1933 would be a good year. This prediction was way off base.

In 1933, Adolf Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany. Shortly after this appointment, he dissolved the German parliament, which marked the beginning of the Nazi rampage throughout Germany and across Europe.

In the U.S., the Great Depression was in full swing when the global economy hit rock bottom in 1933.

                      The Lost City of Atlantis

Cayce was actually very fond of the subject of Atlantis, and made quite a few predictions about the lost city. Most of these predictions were way off base.

One of these predictions stated that an Atlantean death ray would be discovered by the U.S. in 1958. He also predicted that the lost city would rise again in 1968 or 1969. Neither one of these predictions ever came to fruition.

Even, if you take the most recent claim of the discovery of Atlantis into consideration; Cayce was still 42 years and 4,000 miles off.

                      The Lost State of California

According to Cayce, a large earthquake would hit the sate of California, causing it and the Baja peninsula to slide into the Pacific sometime during the 1960s. Even though California does sit on a fault line and is plagued by numerous earthquakes per year, the sate and the Baja peninsula are both still fully intact.

                      Armageddon in 1999

While in his self-induced tranced, Cayce predicted that Armageddon would come in 1999. Obviously, Armageddon never came. 1999 did have its share of disasters, natural and political, but nothing on the scale of Armageddon.

                      A New Christian China

Cayce also predicted that China would become the new ?cradle of Christianity.? He went on to predict that China would be completely converted to Christianity by 1968.

Just as in his other predictions, Cayce missed the mark. Buddhism remains the most popular single religion in China since its introduction in the 1st century. Nearly 30% of the country is Buddhist. The number of Christians pale in comparison. Even today, Christians only make up 3 to 4% of the Chinese population.

Out of the thousands upon thousands Edgar Cayce?s prophecies, only 40% can be considered remotely correct, and even that percentage is open to debate. The other 60% were either too vague to interpret, multiple-intent, or just plain wrong.

NOTE when humans and jinns try to produce a alternating scripture in any catagory.. they will terribly fail yay

thats why the challange or prophecy of quran is enough to win a claim... even this challage is a prophecy on its own... but i have a gift in the end as always ,,, a gift sign

1092 "This day, We will preserve your body, so that you become a sign for those after you." But most of the people are unaware of Our signs!

thats whats called a prophecy unbeatable... roughly 3000 years ago happen 1400 years ago recorded... roughly 120 years ago fulfilled ...

together towards the worldclass scripture QURAN cheers budddy....

1090 And We helped the Children of Israel cross the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them out of hatred and animosity. The easiest method is to follow the Quran without any noise. When I say noise I mean gossips. You will see "something" that no one be able to understand through any discussion.

                                ?

I would like to make a add-on after this prophecy

?Condemned are the works of Abu Lahab, and he is condemned. His money and whatever he has accomplished will never help him. He has incurred the blazing Hell.? (The Quran, 1111 to 1113)

Abu Lahab was the most bitter enemy of Muhammad, and opposed the establishment of Islam to the utmost of his power. In this verse it explicitly states that Abu Lahab, would be condemned to Hell (because he would never accept Islam and thus die a disbeliever). Even after 11 years after this Quranic revelation, Abu Lahab never accepted Islam and thus died a disbeliever. In view of the fact that he was Muhammad?s bitterest enemy, logic and experience suggest that it is unwise to make such a declaration, for Abu Lahab could have very easily disproved The Quran by pretending to believe. Why did Abu Lahab waste this golden opportunity? What made Muhammad so certain that even in ten years Abu Lahab would not exploit this tempting opportunity? At any rate past experience does not include knowledge of the future.

You cannot prove to an atheist that Quran is the word of God. Before they can even remotely consider Quran to be God's words they need to become spiritual and consider another realm of existence beyond the obvious physical one before them. And it might be difficult to convince someone who went from atheist to deepened faith and spirituality that Quran is the word of God considered its violent and primitive interpretation.

You will need a base faith in God before considering anything to be from God. And atheists are often attached pretty much to logic and reason and that does not go hand in hand with Quran in the sectarian interpretation.

Most but not all who call themselves Christian would also never consider Quran due to Islam which makes the sectarian interpretation of Quran even worse.

Most who fall for the trap of the sect Islam are seeking for a one God whereas their old sect could not provide it to them in a good way of explanation. Christianity is focused on Jesus rather than on anything else and the claim of Jesus dieing on a cross as God's as seeming biological son is absurd. The simple rhythms of Islamic prayers and absorbing mental comfort is likely an escape for many.

                                    Salam,

I don't think the issue is to prove to an atheist that Quran is the word of God, that's step 2. Issue is to refute their claim that God doesn't exist.

How can one prove an atheist that Quran is from God if they don't recognize God?

The Quran has many verses that there is One God.

                                    Salam

even if angels and live miracles will happen infront of disbeliever he/she will not gonna beleive...

even if dead will speak with them , they will never gona beleive...

even if prophets like jesus/moses will come up with clear signs /miracles they will never gonna beleive who already arrogantly reject the authority of God... they are worst creature , who after knowing their reality still continue to argue about higher being...

                                      they planned to kill jesus.
                                      they plotted against moses
they even claim to see God with their own eyes..
they continue to reject the very miracles llike pharoah and king of abraham era...
                                      disbeleivers are everytime everywhere...

in these days some people are claiming same things in this forum that , they can control anything... so what is the difference between God and them , hence they are share/portion/part of God..

lets see it through the analysis of quran...

king of abraham claim the same thing . what your God can do what i cant ...
abraham said my God is the one who give life and death...
he said i allso give life and death..
then abraham said ok my God bring sun out from east you bring it from west...
he get dumbfounded... and speechless.. but he was disbeleiver ... he got the seal of blindness and arrogance on him always...

God even try to make human being understand who actually he is, dnt he remember he created from the dirt... dust...

                                      logically the current athiest ,
they dnt beleive in God hence they will also not gona believe on scriptures of God... same like some people claim they believe in God but they are not beleivers... so these events of quran will not make them think..anything positive...

but for the verification of one true scripture they need to reflect upon it... then decide. what they never do it in their life time...

but again if any athiest or perosn is mentally disable /unhealty their judgement will occur according to their ability...

but after knowing truth. or without any proof claiming something assosiating partnership these people will be in a real trouble...

This is something that you claim, imran. Obviously an atheist would be more prone to become more spiritual if they experience a set of (according to them) paranormal events. The problem is if it causes them to become superstitious in a primitive way. Those who wished to kill Jesus were "spiritual" but in a worldly and primitive way and connected his doing with that you say "Jinn" about which is also a superstition in return. They were not disbelievers but deluded superstitious believers. So they were in fact believers and it does not take much to believe. Quran uses the term kafar which means covered which is metaphorical for deluded, i.e. you have a cover on your mind. Kafar does not mean disbeliever, please find any etymological evidence indicating towards that and present that to me. Its earliest usage was to speak about a farmer who cultivates his land by covering it with seeds. The meaning of kafar is the same, their ability "to see" is obstructed.

And I am not claiming that I can control but I am arguing that. You need to say that you see it that I claim or it is factually wrong. There is no difference between God and a part of God except that God is greater in encompassing. I as a separate being does only exist in the flesh here on Earth but otherwise my being is that of God's being, I have no separate being. This is also the only monotheism because yours does say that actually there is more than God in existence and it is not God, but then you say through some flimsy interpretation that you are to be returned to God? How do you want it to be? Cannot you see how inconsistent this sectarian interpretation actually is?

God is one and God is the only God and to God you shall return. The question is whether you return as a mindless retarded slave or as an independent mind that allowed themselves to grow spiritually and has a place in the realm of God.

to God we belong and to God we will return means.

we are in his kingdom and we will held accountable in the kingdom hereafter with in the full control of God...

so the people who try to kill jesus were spirtual...

same like you also believe wordy derived meanings of words are actual meanings.. so indirectly you are also kaffir...?

or you are covered by your own interpretation... which is far from reality and logics... or covered

or kaffir according to quran is clearly one who disbeleive in God and its messages... or disbeleiver of quran

all three availiable understandings are pointing towards you that you are covered from false information based on your own inner made ideas... i m cofused what you are a deleuded person or a kaffir person or a covered person with his own thinking of words.. i mean i m not saying anything to you directly .i m asking what you define yourself in light of this..?

or a insightful person who know exact meanings of all Quran? on other words a new messenger/insightful person..

height of confusion , you are struggling with what you cannot solve... and prove... the meanings of your words are baseless actually...
