I do not think anybody can bring a satisfactory proof to anybody else on anything like that, because the Qur'an is a ersonal exerience, if you do not experience the Qur'an anybody else cannot do anything for you and you will only experience the Qur'an if you want to. There nothing anybody can do to ersuade you to experience it or to want to experience it.

That is the difference between one and God, God can do anything, we cannot. God can persuade somebody in spite of himself, but we cannot and we re under the obligation of truthfulness, but we are under no obligation of making anybody else believe.

I guess that wsas an experience for you. I wonder how many people have managed to convince, other than the convinced that what you understood is a reason to believe.

Unfortunately ppeole are no blank, wht they recive falls on something, and many times in religion and politics, it is a previous history of wranglingor boxing to see who has a better discussion punch. Finally the imortant question which is something as simple -or ascomplicated- as belief takes back seat to winning or loosing the discussion. One may lay that game for a while but at some point one reaches the conclusion that all one can do is tell his or her own experience of reasoning, and leave everything in God's hands.

        Salaam

to God we belong and to God we will return means.

we are in his kingdom and we will held accountable in the kingdom hereafter with in the full control of God...

so the people who try to kill jesus were spirtual... o

same like you also believe wordy derived meanings of words are actual meanings.. so indirectly you are also kaffir...?

or you are covered by your own interpretation... which is far from reality and logics... or covered

or kaffir according to quran is clearly one who disbeleive in God and its messages... or disbeleiver of quran

all three availiable understandings are pointing towards you that you are covered from false information based on your own inner made ideas... i m cofused what you are a deleuded person or a kaffir person or a covered person with his own thinking of words.. i mean i m not saying anything to you directly .i m asking what you define yourself in light of this..?

or a insightful person who know exact meanings of all Quran? on other words a new messenger/insightful person..

height of confusion , you are struggling with what you cannot solve... and prove... the meanings of your words are baseless actually...

No they are not baseless. They are actually based on definitions you can find in older lexicons. I am not struggling with anything, but your attitude shows you are running out of arguments but attack my arguments with nothing substantial in order to refute me. You resort to similar to ad hominem triggered by the instinct also known as Satan.

exactly,,, you are right.. becoz u made up ur mind.. already..

ur definations and reasoning when filter in the light of quran hold no water...

for you satan jin , angels, controllers even God are something which my mind cannot accept becoz in the light of quran your claims again contradicting..

ur definations of haram is also one of the beauty .. which i was unable to understand.... &

i try to tell you hints lot of times but i feel you are not looking towards it... if you are a sincear belleiver abd confused about language , i shall advise you to understand how languages and words derived and usage happen in literal ways ... even with arabic .. then its easy for you to understand things...

your defiinations are really weired... sometimes.. thats shows you study/research/findings occur with very less care or unintelligent/confused/disturbed mind... appproach due to the lack of skills in understanding/comprehending of language..

so brotherly advise is for u first understand the behaviour how language reacts in real word..

              Salam good logic

Normally not translatedAnd if "that was any Quran", could be moved by it the mountains, or could be cloven asunder by it the earth, or could be made to by it the dead. Nay, with Allah (is) the command all. Then do not know those who believe that if Allah had willed surely, all of the mankind? And not will cease those who disbelieve to strike them for what they did a disaster, or it settles close from their homes until comes (the) Promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah (will) not fail (in) the Promise.
              "That was any Quran"
I think it means "there was any Quran/reading"
              Applying the translation
And if there was any reading, could be moved by it the mountains, or could be cloven asunder by it the earth, or could be made to by it the dead.

To me this makes more sense. There are people in this world who believe in superstitions, that they/humans can mend forces of nature by "Reading" ayaat of Book of Allah or some other readings
Like black magic white magic and other mumbo jumbo....

                    Peace Furqan.

There is only ,has ever been, one Qoran, GOD could have used other words like Aayats( revelations) or Kitab( book) or other...But He used the word "Qoranan".Unless of course you know of other "Qoran".

The context of the verse is clearly saying most people will not believe,no matter what " proofs".
                    GOD bless you.
                    Peace

Yes it is. And Quran is against the Biblical Gospels due to the same reason while otherwise it would not be.

I said you are gullible towards the medieval interpreters like most others who follow blindly.

The word allah does not even refer to "God" as an address but Rabb is. Nor can allah be a proper noun since grammar prevents it.

How would you prove an atheist that The Quran is Indeed The Word Of God ?

Rethink again... do we need to?

Or imagine if You were raised as an atheist and stumbled upon The Quran, how would you know that this specific book is indeed from God, The Creator of everything ?

I was having the similar thought when I was around 5-6 years old... on a Quran recital class in my Madrasa.. you know the place where children indoctrination happened. What if I was not born inside a Muslim family, what if I was born inside Christian family? or Japanese family? or what if I was born before Muhammad or Quran?
My thought then wondered what happened to those who were born before the Quran? Mohammad's mom? Mohammad's dad? As per definition they're indeed a Kuffar as they don't believe in Muhammad or Quran.

Fast forward to today, as per today, I don't think what's being said in the Quran is 100% true and/or it was authored by God. Just like any other book or material, it contains a mixture of truth and falsehood.

Thus my approach to any book (or idea) now is to selectively choose any ideas that is true and good and disregard/scrapped the ideas which are false or evil.. And always critically questioned the idea (including my own idea) to find any discrepancy and unsoundness in it.

The above approach is deemed generic enough to be followed thus on whatever cultural background that I was actually born into doesn't really matter.

If I was born in the culture who worshiped big statue / kings and perform human sacrifice to bring down the rain, then I will definitely not believe in such nonsense and perhaps try to change things...
If I was born in the time and place where I met Mr. Jesus and Mr. John then I will agree to what they said and perhaps helped their movement (despite the political danger and the slim chance of success).
If I was born in the time and place of Mr. Abraham, then I will agree to his argument and try to save him from death penalty.
If I was born in today's North Korea, then I will either organized a resistance to Kim Jong Un or try to fled the country...
                        etc...

yeh its is against the gospels becoz history is witness that gospels is changed from time to time, by the way which version of gospels you are talking about...

we can further proceed talk if you want to compare gospel and quran in the light of science... wana accept that challange , what you say hmm

we will see where both scriptures are standing...

I said you are gullible towards the medieval interpreters like most others who follow blindly.

in that case when i request you to translate something for me you never did it... ?

i still did not understand why its so difficult to transalte ...
