Quran - word of God

I don't know what is Quranist, but your question was for Muslims who are following Qur'an alone, so I thought I should answer it, because I'm one of the Muslims.
Are you rejecting all the news on TV? Are you rejecting all what is written in millions of books? Are you rejecting the Bible, for example? Why you're rejecting hadith?
As I told you, we should go back and start learning about the reality - haqq from Allah's Speech. Then we'll be able to compare all what is coming to us with reality. Rejecting all of hadith is wrong as accepting all of it, without knowledge.
I'm 101% sure that most of us (maybe all) don't know what "basic words" mean, such as "ilah", "Rabb", "taqwa", "Qur'an", "islam", "iman", "hayat", "mewt", "sihr"... Quranists (whoever they are) won't teach you anything, so stay close to El-Qalem (the clipping from His Speech), if you're a human and you wanna learn.

The accepted definition is
Quranist is one who follows the Quran-alone
Hadithist is one who places a great level of emphasis on the Hadith in addition to the Quran.I hope this is clear.
From this definition it seems you are not a Quranist Muslim but a Hadithist Muslim. I am a Quranist Muslim - and my curiosity in this question is to at least show some honesty and sincerity to each other in our debates.
In any case, it would seem clear that you do place emphasis on the Hadith.
Do you also follow the Bible and the Torah?
I read in the Quran that we are to believe in the Bible and the Torah - I do not read anywhere that we should believe in what men wrote based on Chinese whispers or in a bid to attribute their understanding to the actions of the Prophet.
When I first came to Islam I asked Muslims why they lifted up their fingers in the ritual Salat - they all gave different reasons like shooting the devil (!) or because someone saw the Prophet (more than 1400 years ago!) - thats the kind of blindness that I find unacceptable.
Or the kind where the Imams tell you that if you don't turn up your trousers in a Mosque then you go to hell...In any case, I believe the Quran is the word of God to humans and as such it is complete. If we had the unadulterated scriptures of the Torah and the Gospel then I would read them faithfully because God tell us in the Quran.
Whilst God tells us many times to believe in the previous scriptures, he NEVER tells us once to read the volumes of Hadith that came after the Quran.If you say that the Quran tells us to follow the Sunnah of the Prophet and then extend this to meaning the books that came after - this is not logical to me.
If you say that the Quran tells us to follow the Prophet (as well as those who are in authority) - then what about the authority anyone who is in authority?
Where are the Hadith of everyone who was ever in a position of authority?Anyway, please let me know why you don't follow the Bible if this is the case?

There are many studies on the revelation order of Quran done by non-Muslim or independent scholars of Quran/Islam, e.g. see chapter 7 of "Introduction to Quran" by Richard Bell, or chapter 2 of "Discovering the Quran" by Neal Robinson.

Thanks for these - I read a book by Martin Lings someone from my hometown but not the ones you suggested.
In any case, I will take a look at them as Bell's seems readily available online - but what I was after was some sort of analysis based on the Quran rather than the take of historians - who I presume are non-Muslims?I will get back on this after checking the exact context, but there are chapters in the Quran for example where we are told that when people deride or belittle the Quran then we should not sit with them until they change the subject - then later the Quran states that we have already told you in the Scripture.... that when you they deride God not to sit with them. I would think that these kinds of statements could be used to ascertain the Quran - using the Quran alone - as for example your take on proving that the Quran is from God and therefore God exists.

I have just read some of the history of the authors and the books and from my initial understanding they books are from Orientalists - ie people who make it their currency to pervert the true understanding of the Quran and Islam.
Do you think this is a accurate description of the resources you have pointed me to?
And if we cannot believe the versions of Hadithists, how can we make the views of orientalists more valid?

Do not commit logical fallacies. Study the evidence/reasoning..... even if it comes from a "hadithist" or "orientalist".

I'm not a Quranist, I'm a Muslim, but I'm taking for my guidance only what I've found personally in Allah's ayets from the Qur'an or from within myself or from "horizons" or any other place. I'm not inviting you nor anybody else to follow hadith or anything else besides Qur'an, I'm just warning you not to talk against something if there're Allah's Words in it.
Is "millet of Ibrahim a.s." = Qur'an? I hope you'll see importance of understing the word qalem, you asked a good question, but have patience to understand an answer.

I mean, try telling a Jewish relatives of a murdered one to believe Hitler over a billion others who say the Sky is blue.
Maybe you will be listening to Hitler one day about the sky being blue and the next who knows where you will end up.
Then again, would you listen to one mad or hateful person who says the Sky is blue over billions normal non-hateful people who say the sky is blue?
You are welcome to your own logic. Please don't be dogmatic to me about it as I have my own processes to get to the answers.
This reminds me of the Quranists who pray 5 times a day by saying they follow the Quran when their logic is tainted by man-made stories they like to focus on in the Hadith....

untill 30th of may 2017 i havent encounter any quran alone but i encounter lot of God alone or peacmakers(muslims)
