    Disobeying is absolute nonsense.

Whohas given any oder to the women in order for them to be able to disobey.

And who are they supposed to oby to, apart from God?
Some imaginary husbands which are not brought into the question by God and where it does nto say anything abour married wome but about women in general?

The narcisistic view some males have of themselves as the centre of the life of any woman in the planet shows itself well in the view of this aya, which does not involve husbands or wives but men and women in general in society.

If men or people in genral are mentionned, we always think of them as men and think they exist by themselves, when mention of women is made it is different, automatically they do not exist by themselves but as the peripphery of some male.

The aya does not warrant that. It is very clear in its formulation.

And nushuz shoudl be interpreted as something that fits equally int he two occurrences in the Qur'an and other occurrences as a verb or other function.

    Salaam

Truly, humans can find bad in everything.

One must be open to clarify and accept what is the most acceptable.

              rotfl rotfl

But yes I just learnt this. Before giving definitions one should look at the definition through quran usage, not external dictionaries.

              Peaceeeeeee

                  @ huruf

it would be helpful if you interpret both verses 434 & 4128 of quran according to your understandings whatever you have

in this way somebody like baitachal will learn something Good becoz i still feel her eye sight is weak becoz corpus use ill conduct for that specific word.. she seems much confused so in this way it will be a blessing of God if you interpret full verses

                  its a request

                  first she said nushuz= disobeyment
then she said i take it from corpus ..
whereas corpus use the word ill-conduct instead of disobeyment
(a clear contradiction which shows she did not study things properly before mocking the verses)

now you bring your inerpretation for the full verse not just this word so that we test your method

peace and God bless you both

And a side note for those who are in perplexity for my speech I'm a quranist, Quran is my book.

Carte Blanche to mix hate speech with free speech... I didn't know that people view this as what Quran enjoins...

ive seen "peacemaking" hence a verb be a better fit than peace.

That's because islam is noun of form 4, make the action of form I.

didnt br ayman write a book on this?

                      See http//www.quran4peace.org/en_index.html

Also, "the only system/deen that will be accepted is soundness of mind?" . -verse i cant remember.

Yes. The only deen close to Allah is the one based on soundeness of mind, not those based on spiritual confusion.

                      Strange, no ?

Perhaps you are right. It will be hard forgetting the fear I've been indoctrinated with...it'll take some time to let go off. But if that is where God is guiding me that is where I shall go.

                          Oh come on....

Surely the "perhaps" is just a perceptual formality in the above post.
