    Peace huruf.
Thank you. I agree ,the Aya is an arrow directed at the simple heart. Hearts can melt with such ayat.

I was saying to the brother it is no big deal memorising anything, GOD s gift to us of the mind/brain is amazing.

What is a big task is the study and understanding.

I have seen some parrots memorise some amazing speeches and saying them /singing them better than some humans.
Of course it is an advantage to be able to recall ayats in our memory, but with modern technology now ,we can recall anything at a touch of a button, with twice the speed of the brain!!
Also, an advantage of memorizing is the use of the "original Arabic" that can be crucial and can never be translated perfectly ,no matter how us humans try to with other languages.
Nowadays, in my old age, reciting Qoran from memory is helping me sleep...No need for a sleeping pill or worries!! Bliss and true meditation/healing.
    GOD bless you.
    Peace.

    Salam brother,
I know the Qur'an is easy to memorize as I myself had memorized 2-3 juzz.

But I was asking why do majority of the huffaz are Sunni/Shia?

Like in asia, majority of the huffaz are sunnis. So even if you throw all the world religious scriptures and gather everyone, the bible will take another new form, but Quran will come exactly the same bcz millions have memorized it.

As I said before, some people claims that hadith are "satanic creations" so my question was if it was "satanic creation" then why would Allah help the followers of "satanic creation" to memorize this blessed Quran?

    I appreciate your contribution!

God is soverign as well of hadithists, as of those who are not hadithists, whatever that may mean, armom, because we may speak disdainfully of hadithists, but in fact who is nto a hadithist? Does it have to be something in the tradition of historical islam or attributed to it in order to be hadith, or shaytanic hadith. We gobble all kinds of things, we gobble political dogmas, historical dogmas reputations dogmas, fashion dogmas, we may not call them divine, but follow them blindly, which may be even wrose, because not considering them divine we do follow and nto question, so what do we follow. On the other hands, there many kins of hadithists, may be as many as hadithists. Are we putting yhem as a bloc in the same bag. Why? do we know them to be able to judge each of them. I hae known many sunnis that are very judicious with what they follow and only take a hadith into consideration if they consider it good, in agreement with Qur'an and with common sense and moral, and what is more important, that would never dream on imposing their views on others, which is about the highest requirements for any community which lives together.
Also, who cares whether they are sunny, dolphins or martians provided they do the job. Do you want the Qur'an preserved? There it is, preserved. What else.

Thanks be to God, for that and for everything else and may God bless those who have done that job for us of preserving. That is a good deed and if we follow hat God has revealed, we must acknowledge it, even if we do not like it. That is justice.

      Salaam

        Peace armom.

There is an aya that says "If we try to count GOD s blessings "Nihmata Allah" we will not be able to!!!!
Part of that blessing is the Qoran , It is not a coincidence that this book has been delivered in Arabic. nor it is a coincidence that it is memorised by millions, being the last scripture.
Think about it, GOD s invisible soldiers are at work guarding it and making sure it reaches all the generations till the end of this life.
        A miracle of miracles.

However, those memorising Qoran could be believers or disbelievers, it is irrelevant, simply memorising it has nothing to do with salvation. They go through the same trial as all the other humans. Following its message and submitting to the creator is the ultimate task.
        GOD bless you.
        Peace.

This claim about Quran's original language is Aramaic is honestly a bit off to me. I am pretty sure it's Arabic which is clear, eloquent tounge.

The Quran was not preserved by hadith followers. In simple terms sunnism started after Shaafi's introduction of the term hidden wahi and his insistence that hadith is a must for understanding Quran, about 250 years after Muhammad. Until that time people were called muslims and not sunnis. Those early muslims memorized Quran and passed it on to later generations.

Agreed brother as we have oldest Quran in Arabic and not in Aramaic.

Exactly, i would not be surprised if the claim of Aramaic Quran was made by Zionists to invalidate Quran's divine origins.

It's pretty tough to know what happened in the past as there are multiple of histories to support all sides.

BUT, if you see present day, Qur'an is in the heart of Sunnis and Shias mostly and they recite it in Taraweeh without any problem hmm
I have yet to find someone who memorized the entire Quran and follows the Quran Alone.

In my area, before Bangladesh and now Indonesia, You will find there are thousands of Huffaz who are sunnis.

If you burn all the religious scriptures in the world, and rewrite them, ONLY Quran will come back into it's original form. All the other scriptures will fail to come back with the same version as before. And if you analyze, the most of the contribution will be done by the Sunni Huffaz as we know there are millions of Sunni Huffaz out there who knows Quran by heart.

My point in discussion the issues is, I think we can't call Hadith as "satanic creation" because we don't call the other histories as "satanic creation"

I know there are many sunnis who act rude and harsh but many of them are really doing their best to please the Almighty God.

I know people who cry every night in their Tahajjud out of sincerity.

So have you interviewed all Quran alone including huffaz from the first two centuries after prophet Muhammad to cofirm what sect they belong to?

And what good their crying does to people? We are commanded to do actions which make us inheritors of Jannah. Does Quran say we will be benefitted by crying in tahajjud?

No, I didn't. And that's where the problem is. Neither did you right? angel
So what I was trying to tell, because we didn't, what we see is what we are believing right? If there were Huffaz who believed in Quran Alone from the first two centuries then why don't we see them now a days? Why do we see traditional muslims as Huffaz.

I would like to ask, how many of the people in this forum is Huffaz? If I ask this same question on a sunni forum, I would see a lot of them.

I hope you get that point.

I don't know but what if they cry in the fear of God. I did find some who does regular tahajjud in the fear of God.

"And they fall upon their faces weeping, and the Qur'an increases them in humble submission."

"And those who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing."

Bold u did not read my post properly i figure it out otherwise u would have investigate my thing
                                  lem me re-type it again

as per ahle hadith sect " no shia muslim can b hafiz e quran , ages ago one shia accpet that challange
but after examining him he failed terribly"

story number 2 once a sunni take a bribe to represent himself as shia so he also accept the challange he was a hafiz e quran but at the moment if testing he forget and its true event although at that time social media and news media was not common so this event is not recorded

and there is no third story perhaps somebody knows if they met any shia who is hafize quran then the ahle hadith btw its the claim of ahle hadith sect so investigate it

rest of ur post its true people in south asia are hafiz in millions may b but all of them have not a slight idea what they are parroting u again missed this point in my last post
anyway the way how south asian hifz quran is same like you crammer the whole book of physics for passing the test and after the test gone ur memory of that boom get fade so for this they repeat and memorise itthrougjout their whole life without understanding a word of it.

and if they forget there is a claim by their seniors that they get hellfire so intrestingly is this not a azab itself?

after they hifz their field is to make innocent people fool by promoting mosque stuff, they get paid if they recite it in a kahtam(11th) peer = abdul qadir jilani
they recite it for getting paid on somebodys death ( qul, 10th day, 40th day, yearly anniversary)
they getting paid for spreading nonsense and hate speech against other sect even if they are also muslims by diff labels
