As per my understanding the word bism is same as the words rizq and ilm , which are nouns/verbal nouns.
Example Compound of two words used in 260 and the compound have the same structure.

has kasra on letter meem which is only possible grammatically if for example it is preceded by a preposition or a mudhaf construction.

..... ..... 260 has preposition before that is why letter kaaf has a kasra.

So and are not same grammatically.

Question remains to sort out is what means. "In/with the name" is the translation of

There is a difference between and which is letter alif.
