whatever... there is a limit for anything... so i think i have explained my understanding...

i have to remind with correction to everyone...

pls note if i have used word FORBIDDEN in curiosity in verses 2221 or 243 in my earlier posts, pls remember Allah has not used word FORBIDDEN but used DO NOT... not always when God says DO NOT it doesn't mean literally FORBIDDEN.. But God instruct us vehemently or rather with intent knowing the bad effect of doing so... God FORBIDS using the word FORBID is ultimately what is forbidden..

for example 2221.. God uses DO NOT for our goodness ... perhaps you read all DO NOT verses you will get.. If God uses Do Not and says for the same thing as FORBIDDEN then it is fine.. thank you..

Doesn’t Quran tell us to obey god?

You’re twisting the quran to fit your own world views.

And twisting it in a big way

And twisting it in a big way

You are rushing... rushing to the extent of saying what you do not know...

Yes we should obey God, but if anyone disobeyed He has to reach for forgiveness... Doing things that God says DON'T DO and doing things that Gods says FORBIDDEN has huge weight/difference..

Pls read all FORBIDDEN VERSES in Quran..

      https//corpus.quran.com/qurandictionary.jsp?q=Hrm#(4231)

thank you... it takes time to know what is truth when it is invisible... so don't rush..

When god tells us haram and do not, it is the same thing. Haram means prohibited, same as do not.

I don’t even know how this is something we are discussing

haven't you ever read that Allah has forbidden killing a person except for just reason..

pls don't ask in future such rubbish question... thank you

“Do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Surely killing them is a heinous sin.”

Read whole verse, and your point isnt valid

Just coz you say it won't become invalid... well..

                read verse 1730-33...
God kindly instructs coz in that society it was a practice... They did know / did not know about it.. But politely instructs... Then clarifies how greater sin it is...
and in 1733 God says it is FORBIDDEN killing another soul... So you children has soul and killing is forbidden... Even though here it is said DO NOT it is corelated with a FORBIDDEN matter..

If Allah says DO NOT approach FAHISHA... then you would ask again.. But God has Forbidden Fahisha in other verses so it is co related..

so read all DO NOT verses and Forbidden verses.. thank you..

Yes, it is forbidden to marry a Christian who believes in the Trinity. It is forbidden to marry a Christian who ascribes divinity to Jesus or any other servant.

It is also forbidden to marry a pantheistic Sufi who worships the universe and himself. Even on this forum there are pantheists who worship nature, for example, and it is haram to marry them.

                          Peace

Yes, it is absolutely forbidden/haram to marry a polytheist who is in shirk.

But as I said, if that person repents and becomes a Muslim, then the prohibition to marry him is lifted.

Similarly, it is strictly forbidden to marry an adulterer. But if that person repents and reforms and does not commit the same mistake again, then the prohibition against marrying him is lifted.

                          Peace

According to you are all Christians and Jews kuffar or mushriken?

Accepted, but does that does not mean all Christians are believing in trinity. They are Christians who don't. I have a friend he does believe Jesus was teacher and not God or son of God.

Are there not Muslims who are mushreekin. They are and plenty.

For example, it is strictly forbidden/haram to marry the person with the title of Green Anarchism, who is currently writing on this forum.

But if he repented and became a Muslim tomorrow, his situation would change.

                                  Absolutely right.

I use the word Muslim in the sense of being free from shirk and evil.

A pantheistic Sufi who worships himself and the universe is also a polytheist.

But that's the thing, who exactly is a mushrik? Are Christians mushriks? Are atheists? Just idolaters? I can't remember the verse but I think there was a verse where mushriks and Christians are two separate groups. Are mushriks everyone who commits shirk?

If a conventional Muslim respects your beliefs and freedom, I don't see why you couldn't marry them. I guess they can influence you but if you stay focused on following the Qur'an alone and stay connected to other believers like on here, you will probably stay on the right path imo

                                    Salam

A mushreek who takes others equal to God,
A kafir is someone who has rejected God

All hadith followers according to me are mushreekin, because there are many lies that goes against God in hadiths. The hadith hadith followers do not reject God but they have put prophet Muhammad equal to God, but they won't admit it.

                                      Salam...
Yes your thought it right in a way...
If I elaborate it further, Mushrik is someone who associates with God.. One of his character as you said he equals another with God.. That's so visible and labelled Mushrik... Coz that's their lifestyle..so obviously labelled as mushrik...
But all human can associate other than equaling an object or person to God... How? In action of course...
That's why God says most don't believe in God without associating... So apart from labelled visible mushrik there many a people who associate but they are not permanent mushrik... They may change they may realize.. They may end up as they are...
Christians who say God is trinity is of course part of association.. But they are not labelled as mushrik by God Himself.. Coz they have an identity people of the book... But they inject things..association... Same Muslims.. They invent things.. Association in action..

So.. Christians are no forbidden fir their action in marriage... No one can bring a verse or something that can derived from Quran to forbid... If they say Christians are forbidden then according to their assumptions even all conventional Muslims are forbidden..
God has forbidden remains forbidden and others not..

BTW.. Kafir is actiom visible and invisible... Anyone who associate is mushrik but he is a kafir too.. Co he rejects God's authority.. Everyone who rejects God's authority by any means are rejectors... If a believer rejects a verse from accepting it to follow then he is a kafir a rejector/denier..

                                        Peace

That's what I thought too....I don't remember the verse/s but if I remember correctly, Christians (even the ones who believe in the trinity) are a separate group from mushrikeen...I'll try to find the verses
