Khi- We can show tht something existed based on fossils but we cannot proof evolution based on fossils coz we dont know tht fossil had any kids or not. Btw y dont u come out 4 a debate with Dr. Kent. Shld i phone him n ask him whether he wld be ready 2 debate u?

The topic is about whether humans and dinosaurs coexisted, not so much about evolution. We know dinosaurs existed a long time ago, 200 to 63 million years ago. We know humans existed now, and back until 4 million years ago.

There is evidence for dinosaurs coexisting with primitive mammals. There is evidence that humans coexisted with mammoths, sabertooth tigers, cave bears. But there is no fossil evidence that shows humans and dinosaurs coexisting.

Oh, if you want to set a debate between me and Kent Hovind, go ahead! I'd love to debate him, and I prefer a web debate, correspondence style, like what we are doing now. Call him.

So far I haven't seen you arguing about the coexistence of humans and dinosaurs using fossils. Pictures of dinosaurs does not imply the coexistence of dinosaurs and man just like pictures of dragons does not imply that dragons ever coexisted with man, or exist at all.

Khi- Plz view the clip i sent u 1st. GOD Bless!

Did that. No fossils. Only drawings, sculptures, and legends.

Khi- Although the age is another issue of dispute i never denied the existance of dinos.

No, problem let them come and state their creationist views so that forum members can asses it themselves and comment on it if they wish too.

                          Heh...

Even creationists like Answers in Genesis say don't use it.

                          http//www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/faq/dont_use.asp#paluxy

The Paluxy 'human' footprints is actually dinosaur footprints.

Again I want to tell you that all dinosaurs died out long before humans appear. 63 million years ago a large meteorite struck the earth and caused a global change in climate. All dinosaur lineages went extinct.

You say that dinosaurs survive this catastrophe and lived on for another 63 million years and some humans coexisted with them. I say this is implausible. Why? Because

                          1. We know that there are plenty of dinosaur fossils. This means that dinosaurs have a good chance of fossilization--after all, ther bones are huge. Therefore, if you are correct and they survived the catastrophe, there should be dinosaur fossils found alongside fossils of more recent animals like mammoths, ground sloths, and humans.

                          2. We know that the fossil record fom the Quarternary (geological period from 63 million years ago until now) do not include dinosaur fossils. There are fossils of large mammals, some of which reach near-dinosaur proportion like the giant rhinoceros Indricotherium from the Miocene of Pakistan, or the ancient whale Basilosaurus from the Eocene of North America. Therefore, if there are any dinosaurs around at this time, they have a good chance of being fossilized just like these creatures.

I try to study any evidence brought forth before I jump to conclusions, and I am not afraid to prove myself wrong if the evidence says so. I also try to consider all the available evidence, not shutting my eyes to those that potentially disprove my opinions. You might want to do that also.

Anyway, I still don't understand what you are trying to do by raising the issue of coexistence of dinosaurs and humans. This has nothing to do with evolution, nothing to do with the Qur'an, even nothing to do with the Bible! What is it that you want to achieve in trying to prove that humans lived alongside dinosaurs?

I heard one of Dr. Kent's debate where he shows tht the meteor hitting the earth n eradicating dinosaurs was a miscalculation n therefore a myth. If u wanna know more just give him a call. GOD Bless!

The impact theory has good evidence behind it, and we know where it struck 63 million years ago. The crater is in Central America, it's really large.

                              http//www.daviddarling.info/encyclopedia/C/Chicx.html

And there's alsothe fact that there are no fossil dinosaurs dated younger than 63 million years, which lead to the conclusion that this impact ended their time on earth.

Khi- Salam. I phoned Kent a few days ago n he told me tht dinos r even alive 2day i.e. ofcourse not as big as they once were but in the form of long reptile lizards. Continuous mutation has degradedd them over time so tht they no longer can get so big. Again the 2nd law of thermodynamics comes into play. GOD Bless!

Call him again and ask him where I can find these dinos, and if he has good evidence about their existence now. An expedition to document their existence could confirm his words. If we can confirm that this is a fact, this will really add to Kent Hovind's credibility.

Oh, and ask him when he or his associate plans to debate me over the internet, please.
