    Salaams Br,

So youre sure, okay lets see the position held by others who where "sure"

    051.020
SHAKIR And in the earth there are signs for those who are sure,
    051.021
SHAKIR And in your own souls (too); will you not then see?

And yet they couldn't even "see, funny.

    God Bless.

you are really very bad at guessing

now i ask you did I say I'm sure?

I only said why not me being sure?

you make me laugh many times indeed

    keep it up

Let our prayers be of high quality and from bottom of heart! whatever its form might be!

Is it written in Quran? Sometimes you invent the ideas from yourslef... Sometimes you say such such thing is out of Quran so we dont accept.

        ve,

why can't you see the purpose of the quran? why concern about details if your details has no root? do i not think? oh yeah!!!! ;D

mosat of the ideas in this site are not self-made as your accusations suggest, they are the leftovers from the previous "free-thinkers"

        peace, rifat

So these (leftovers from the previous "free-thinkers&quot are your Ahadith. You will believe these leftovers and will just reject those people who compiled Ahadith. What is the difference then? on what basis you do that?

The difference is quite simple. No one takes other members's opinions/analysis as a second source of law like traditionalists do with ahadith. No one points to a Free-Minds article and says "This must be followed" like traditionalists would with sahih ahadith. We discuss things, we analyze things, we progress, we don't imprison the Qur'an by chaining it to old Arab traditions. We realize it is a revelation by the God meant for all mankind for all times and that it should be read and studied continuously.

Do you see the difference now? We only follow the Qur'an as God's guidance. The "leftover" Free-Minds stuff is just analysis and opinion that we may or may not follow.

Plus it is all based on Quran alone, not on hearsay reports written 200 years later..........
We don't except any source outside of the Quran, as the Quran explains itself and is completly detailed. We only have to read history and science to widen our view and understanding. But we know that this information has to be proven, and not based on wishfull thinking some guys were objective in their compiling, as they were certainly not.

There is a whole prayer to be found inside the Quran, detailed from A to Z. We only still are discussing some details based on language issues, not based on personal wishes as you try to claim.

                Peace

                  Peace be upon you all,

The function of prayer (dua) is to CALL on the INNERMOST POINT of your being (GOD), to help you reset and FOCUS on the object of your CALL.

The INNERMOST POINT of your being is CONSCIOUSNESS, that is what we are, ONE CONSCIOUSNESS manifest through different vehicles. When we identify with the seperate vehicles we "feel" limited and restricted, therby bringing us the problems of life. We must CALL(dua) on the UNIFIED part of us (GOD) so that we can recieve the answer (through salaat).

If you read the story of Zakariah, this is the same order with which he got his answer, first prayer, then the answer from the controllers during salaat.

I wonder how you relate to this, but the conciousness of God existed before us, so God is not all conciouness collected, he is more then that, as there are only so many conciousnesses plus He created all the conciousnesses and is by thus greater. I understand what you mean, because everything is connected and all is one. But i always dislike people saying he is only the unified part of us, as if God is only that. Like His conciousness is divided into little parts. He is beyond everything ever imagined and understood. God is God. So i don't know if you believe the same or have different understandings. All respect either way.

I use the following similitude to help explain my understanding. A clear light shining through translucent clored window paned. The clear light going through the red pane will be limited, going therough the blue light will be limited, etc. All of it is the very same light, just modified through the vehicle that it is manifesting through. All of it shares the very same essence of pure light within it.

Or another, Hamlet is the mental creation of Shakespeare, therefore a manifestation of Shakespeare, but Hamlet does not say "I am shakespeare", because Shakespeare is much much more than Hamlet.

I understand what you mean, because everything is connected and all is one.

                      Absolutely!

But i always dislike people saying he is only the unified part of us

We really cant say anything about the subjective realm where the God resides (the throne) because by its very nature there are no objects. All objects (objective realm) manifests from the God, just like Hamlet manifests from Shakespeares mind from nothing (there was a time when Shakespeare did not think about Hamlet). But in order to speak about the God, we have to address the WHOLE (from where we get Holy), and the WHOLE is the unified ALL, so we speak to the unifying principle, which is the principle that got confused and changed into so called monotheism. So now people look for some object in the sky to call "one God", instead of concentrating on the Unifying Principle within.

as if God is only that. Like His conciousness is divided into little parts. He is beyond everything ever imagined and understood. God is God. So i don't know if you believe the same or have different understandings. All respect either way.

I hope I have clarified my understanding above. The God is the CORE of all things, but no "THING" is God. The God resides in the Subjective realm (Peace), which is the core of all objective things. God is in the atom, but the atom is not God.

And certainly all respect to your understanding as well.

P.S. The subjective realm is the realm where energy is at rest and matter has not taken form. Infinite possibility!
