6161 Say "My Lord has guided me to a Straight Path, an upright system, the creed of Abraham the monotheist; he was not from those who set up partners."

6162 Say "My contact-method, and my offerings, and my life, and my death, are all to God the Lord of the worlds."

6163 "He has no partner, and it is to this that I was commanded, and I am the first of those who have surrendered."

6164 Say "Shall I seek other than God as a Lord when He is the Lord of everything?" And every soul earns what is for it, and none will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return and He will inform you of what you disputed in.

Perhaps these ayats are appropriate for this discussion and may help you understand more clearly our conviction...

Please, al-Quraishi, would you mind not "yelling" at me? I am neither blind nor deaf. Increasing the size of your letters will not make me give them any more thought than if you just write normally. Thanks.

Luke chapter 20 does not mention Muhammed.

The name is not necessarily, wine garden means = Allah kingdom. When the previous leassee had not fulfilled his obligation then God (The Leasor) will appoint someone as the gardener blessed by Him, he is the prophet after Jesus (Muhammad).

        Thrown stones was Ismail's sons.

Come on please, none of that, I merely increased the size so it would lok more legible in bold and italics (to stand out from my text).

              Peace Kaj

So what do you think the overall message of the Quran is now that you've 'finished' it? I only put finished in quotes because we're never done D

              Peace all

That's the exact question kaj is asking.

Please tell me, in a paragraph or two, what the message of the quran is.

                peace

                  To lovelymoslems,

Other than through translation how did you come to this decision that Luke Ch 19 is referring to Muhammad? ?The name is not necessarily, wine garden means = Allah kingdom. When the previous leassee had not fulfilled his obligation then God (The Leasor) will appoint someone as the gardener blessed by Him, he is the prophet after Jesus (Muhammad).?

And what do you mean by ?When the previous leassee had not fulfilled his obligation then God (The Leasor) will appoint someone as the gardener blessed by Him, he is the prophet after Jesus (Muhammad).?

                  Sincerely, Abuja/Larry

Also I have been told by a few on this website that the Bible is corrut and dissagrees with the Quran. What do you think. And if you believe the Bible to be corrupt why do you base your beliefs along with what the Bible says.

                    Sincerely, Abuja/Larry

And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter.

Not all Bible verses corrupt, you can find the truth as long as you make Al Quran as standard of value.

                      Luke 20 9
And he began to speak unto the people this parable A man planted a vineyard, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into another country for a long time.

                      Luke 20 10
And at the season he sent unto the husbandmen a servant, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.

                      Luke 20 11
And he sent yet another servant and him also they beat, and handled him shamefully, and sent him away empty.

                      Luke 20 12
And he sent yet a third and him also they wounded, and cast him forth.

                      Luke 20 13
And the lord of the vineyard (lessor) said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son (Jesus) ; it may be they will reverence him.

                      Luke 20 14
But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned one with another, saying, This is the heir; let us kill him (Jesus), that the inheritance may be ours (The Sriptures).

                      Luke 20 15
And they cast him forth out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do unto them?

                      Luke 20 16
He will come and destroy these husbandmen (lessee), and will give the vineyard unto others (other that Bani Israil). And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.

                      Luke 20 17
But he looked upon them, and said, What then is this that is written , The stone which the builders rejected *) (casted out Ismael), The same was made the head of the corner?

                      Luke 20 18
Every one that falleth on that stone shall be broken to pieces; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will scatter him as dust.

                      Luke 20 19
And the scribes and the chief priests sought to lay hands on him in that very hour; and they feared the people for they perceived that he spake this parable against them.

                      *)
                      Genesis 21 10
Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this handmaid and her son. For the son of this handmaid shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

                      Genesis 21 11
And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight on account of his son.

                      Genesis 21 12
And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy handmaid. In all that Sarah saith unto thee, hearken unto her voice. For in Isaac shall thy seed be called.

                      Genesis 21 13
And also of the son of the handmaid will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.

I'm also a 1st time reader. I appreciate the posting of the link giving the list of order in which the surahs were revealed. Can someone direct me to an explanation as to why the Quran orders the surahs differently. How was an agreement reached regarding the present ordering? Thanks.
