Sadly, you guys have much more time than I do and the syntax of the forum's software allows for your posts to be pushed up. This forum has now become the cesspool of non-quranic view points.
Im sure many understand why some are reluctant to discuss certain issues with you...
Ok but others have also criticised your lack of sincerety. They can see very clearly that you're ducking and weaving.
Do you consider yourself the most knowledgable on quran on this forum?

If not,then you wont mind nominating someone else for me to discuss with,and then i might agree to a moderated debate with them...(not AB,if you dont mind... .)
Come on Enquirer, don't make excuses. If you think im not polite, kindly show me where i've been impolite and tell me how to rephrase. I don't mind dancing to your 'etiquette' tune because i know you won't do it. Direct debate's just not you. Too much risk involved.
If this debate is about the truth,and not about you,then nominate someone else my good friend...

I'm not stressed out in the least and on the contrary, seeing the rejectors of al-quraan's divinity act today has been really good for my faith.

The key with discussing with anyone is mutual respect...Exacty. Thats why I suggested those three names becoz U can differ in opinion with them, but yet there will be mutual respect. There wont be any name calling or personal abuses. And Wakas, I understand is quite knowledgable with Quran. So, it would be an interesting and constructive discussion if he accepts it. U should propably ask him.

Acutally, that's absolutely true. How will this ever be fair? We need to have moderators that are unbiased in their opinion on the issue; or as unbiased as possible. Which we'll never find anyone on this forum who is neutral on the issue of the quran!
I'm probably the closest anyone can get!
There are a few questions I have for both sides. Anyone who wants to answer my questions can answer them. If you do not want to answer them (for some wierd reason) on this thread, please send me a PM. If no one answers them, then that's fine with me too.let's start with the "quran-has-contradictions" side...
- The Quran supposedly contains scientific facts that could not have been known 1400+ years ago. What do you think of those claims?

Phoenix, this is not what it's about. First and foremost, the world of 'science' is has no philosophical certainty (re Kuhn vs Popper). You will never be able to verify 'scientific' findings. Rather, stick to THEIR allegations. They claim its contradictory, interrogate them on whys and wherefores. Question their linguistics (trust me, NONE OF THEM know the language) and you will find them unravelling.

It's not good enough for me either (because that's not why al-quraan is divine anyway) but seeing your 'will fall back' statement has disclosed your research into the matter. Sad to see you stopped where you stopped.
What makes you assume that i have stopped with anything? I have just seen these debates ad naseum, and they always end up in. The Quran is right because the Quran says so.

I reject that Idolfree or and phonix be moderators for these debate, soimply because one don't believe in the Quran and the other doubts its integrity
at least the two moderators, one must be 100% Quran submitter and the other may be a kafir

Peace all.i read ikt body, with my respect i don't think that wakas has enough Arabic knowledge to debate the enemy of the Quran
but go for it I will watch and see how he will do and what you wil suggest as a contradiction
