As Alen mentioned above, "we" in Arabic could be used by a sovereign instead of "I"; but also when you do not want to go personal, as in writing a research/thesis; it would be more appropriate to use the plural "we" than "I" as in "when we investigated this matter, we found that..". One could also use the plural "we" in politeness as when applying for a job or when making a demand/request in formal situations.

"I/We" depends on your point of view. God is the core of our being. Remember, The God blew into us from Its Divine Energy(Ruh Ul Qudus).
God is showing us our true Divine nature. WE=US, and so it is changes back and forth through the entire mesasage.

it is not lieke can be singualr, in fact it is not, but it is common in arabic to metaphorically refer to a singualr and it only means respect

I think I misunderstood what you meant by "can be", sorry
it seems that many languages have this metaphorical use of plural to refer to a singular, even English
well, no wonder all languages came from the same and one God
