It's good to remind yourself of the things you're grateful for. If you hear other's gratitude in their lives i think it would help increase the "attitude of gratiude" and overall uplift everyone's spirits.
So feel free to post things you're grateful for
I'll start with one from me today
I'm grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn from you all. I've grown so much and alot of you had a big impact on my outlook on life.

i am grateful for having my family around me. my brother does my laundry, my mother cooks my food my mother is emotinally and intelectually there to support me, i mean i should be the happiest guy on the planet . i am going to college soon and when i live in a dormitory, i probably never thanked my mother or my brother but i will celebrate my independence as well as miss them.
i am grateful to allah for being there for me, holding me up against gravity 24/7/365/rest of life. to allah i shall return.
i am grateful to all my friends in this site for replying to my emotional needs as well as my friends and teachers in school, there is a lot of good stuff being ignored in my mind, in daily life which i am posting now with the given opportunity.
i am thankful for acheiving free-education, free food from my family,internet, free clothing... and all the "free" things i have received, thanks to the government.YEAH, IN THE GOVERNMENT I SHALL PUT MY THANKS. i should say that in the United States people have more than enough to be thankful for to the government(like, thanks for not blowing our country off)...(inappropriate comment)

I'm grateful to the GOD for guiding me, for my wife and children, for my health and wealth. Basically I'm grateful to HIM for my life.
If I think about it rationally, I have nothing complain about, and everything to be thankful for.
All praises due to the GOD.

God, it is He Who has made for you the night to reside in and the day to see in. Surely, God provides many blessings upon the people, but most people are not thankful.

I am grateful to be under God, that I have not went astray from him and that I can learn about his messages to all of his people. For the family and friends he has put beside me. For the strenth that he has blessed me with. The intellect and courage to defeat my foes. The righteousness to know when not to fight. The many blessings he has bestowed upon me so that I might spread his word better.
And finally, the free will to make all of ths possible.

sun I am grateful for god's guidance, that has brought me to my very existence, in every aspect of time; i.e. past, present, and future. It is only by god's will and guidance, that I am alive today, and am here to share and relate in the belief of him, grateful I am that he did not make me deaf, nor blind, nor guided wrong, I can only hope that his guidance for me is to lead me always on the right path, for this I am grateful to him, and bow to him in humbleness, and humility.

I'm most of all thankful that the God has set up all of creation in such a way that it is one cohesive system --and that if we choose to do so, we can simply open our eyes and hearts to observe how it all works together in order to learn everything we need to know and apply in our daily lives.

I am pretty greatful for this forum
I am greatlful for breath and moments of calm and comfort.
I am greatful for my eyes, my feeling heart and my thinking mind.
I am greatful for women and mothers.
I am greatful for Gods allowance and acceptance of who I am.
I am greatful for oppurtunities that are provided.
I am greatful for Gods amazing creations and all the layers of meaning that they come with.

I'm grateful for my family and the opportunities God has granted me throughout life to be closer to Him and experience creation. This would include so many things that it's best left as general.

Dude i'm really shallow! everytime i think of something to write i think of really superficial things and then i delete it cuz i don't wanna look shallow
this is a good exercise for me ... feel free to post and repost more things you're grateful for you may learn something about yourself too! hopefully something better than what i learned lol

I am so very grateful for so many things. But something new has occurred to me. I am so, so very grateful for the fact that this forum and the members here speak, read, and write so well in English. It's so beautiful, you are all a true blessing. Not only to me, but to America as a whole. You're at the forefront of what will eventually be imho, a huge movement toward better understanding, and inshallah a more rightly guided nation. Sorry to get so sappy, but not since the birth of my son almost 13 years ago, have I been so full of awe, love, and emotion. Alright, before I get any mushier, I bid you peace and love.

I'm not really the grateful type. I want to be grateful for good mental and physical health, but that's limited for me.
Boost, I do not think you will be at fault for sounding superficial if that is who you are at this point. I'm superficial sometimes too, but it's no big deal when you come to realize that some things should not have primary significance.
