4827 God has fulfilled with truth His messenger's vision "You will enter the Restricted Temple, God willing, secure, with your heads shaven and shortened, having no fear." Thus, He knew what you did not know, and He has coupled with this a near victory.
Firstly, when there is victory, the victors do not enter the defeated town with their heads shaved or hair cut short. Does it make any sense that when the believers were victorious they all went to the barbers and either shaved their head or cut their hair short ? What for ?
Secondly, there is no word for "hair" in this verse. The object for "muhalliqeena" translated as "shaved" and "muqassireena" translated as "shortened" is "ruoosakum" meaning head, but it is obvious that one cannot shorten or cut the head !!
MUHALLAQ = soaring, in flight, high, flying, high flying.
QASAR = short, cut short, reduce, lessen, insufficient, inadequate, fail to attain/achieve, cease, abstain, refrain, to hold back, restrain, curb
The correct translation would be

This verse talks about the victory of the believers over those who were fighting with them to try to keep them away and repel them from establishing/setting up "al-masjid al-haram".
The corrected translation makes it clear that they will enter "al-masjid al-haram" safely and securely with their heads high/relieved and restrained (self-controlled).

In the following verse, "head" is used metaphorically meaning "mind", which is evident by the words "affliction to his head", which implies ailment of the mind or mental illness preventing one from making the donation. The correct translation here would be "relieve/turn your heads" meaning do not relieve/remove your mind from this duty, or do not turn your head from this duty, i.e. make sure the donation reaches its destination
2196 And complete the Pilgrimage and the visit for God. But, if you are prevented, then make what is affordable of donation, and do not relieve/remove/turn your heads until the donation reaches its destination; but whoever of you is ill or has an affliction to his head, then he may redeem by fasting or giving a charity or a sacrifice. But if you are able, then whoever continues the visit until the Pilgrimage, then he shall provide what is affordable of donation; but for he who cannot find anything, then he must fast for three days during the Pilgrimage and seven when he returns; this will make a complete ten; this is for those whose family is not present at the Restricted Temple. And be aware of God, and know that God is severe in retribution.

"Ma malakat aymanukum" should be translated as "those possessed by your oath" instead of "those committed to you by oath" in all occurrences (43, 424, 425, 436, 1671, 236, 3028, 3350, 3352, 3355, 7030).
MALAKAT does not mean committed but means possessed/controlled.
If you insist on translating as "committed", then it should be "those whom you are committed to by oath" instead of "those committed to you by oath", because it is "your oath/aymanukum" implying that you made an oath with them, thus you are committed to them by your oath.

In 11114, the word is "zulafan" which is plural of "zulfa", and should be translated as "near parts" instead of "near part". Also, instead of "hold" the connection, it should be "honor" the connection, as it has been translated elsewhere. The second "during" is unnecessary, as "during" is already used before "the two edges of the day", and is automatically implied before "the near parts of the night".
11114 And you shall honor the connection during the two edges of the day, and during the near parts of the night. The good deeds take away the bad. This is a reminder to those who remember.

"Dependent on you" can include people other than "allatheena 3aqadat aymanukum", such as the biological children, young females (fatayat) etc.; instead, it should be "those pledged/tied by your oath"

17107 is translated correctly as "fall TO their chins". 17109 should also be translated the same way as "TO their chins" instead of "UPON their chins"
17109 And they fall TO their chins crying, and it increases them in humility.

4528 is correctly translated as "lined-up together" (alternate congregated). 1968 and 1972 should also be similarly translated as "congregated" as is obvious from the context and the use of the word "group" in 1969

In 2185, it should be "clarifications" (plural) instead of "a clarification", and "FROM" (MIN) instead of "of"
2185 A month, marked by heat, in which the Qur'an was revealed; as a guide to the people and clarifications FROM the guidance and the criterion. Therefore, whoever of you witnesses the month, then let him fast therein. And whoever is ill or traveling, then the same number from different days. God wants to bring you ease and not to bring you hardship; and so that you may complete the count, and glorify God for what He has guided you, that you may be thankful.
It should also be "full-moon of scorching heat" instead of "month, marked by heat", and "witnesses the full-moon" instead of "witnesses the month" but that is a big discussion by itself !
Please note that it says, "the same number from different DAYS", not "the same number from different MONTHS", which is another evidence of it being "full-moon" instead of "month".
