    Peace Ahmed,

    Salam Ayman

    1. And we send down from the reading what is a cure and mercy for the faithful and it doesn't increase the unjust except loss.

From the reading, we should read the one that the god sent down,

Sorry which one the God sent down?, there are a few

which is a cure and mercy for the faithful.

    ok

The use of the "from" in 1782 makes it clear that the reading is a common concept not a name.

    Sorry which reading again?

I don't think that the god is talking about a superficial name.

You don't think or you are 100% sure?

Anyone can easily write a book and print the name "Quran" on it.

yeh yeh, as any book can be read and called the reading

This doesn't make it the reading

Of course it does make it the reading, and book under your concept must be the reading

that the god sent down and which is a cure and mercy for the faithful.

Hmmm, but God told us that He sent the Injil and Torah as well, He also told us that they are cure and mercy for the faithful, so which reading of them exactly?

    Peace,

    Ayman

    Salam

      Salaam

What is the difference between tala/Ta-Lam-Waw used in 2945, 3529 etc and iqra/qara/Qaf-Ra-Alif used in 7320 etc for reading/reciting?

        peace,

talaa means to recite or follow. qara'a means to read, or recite. I believe it can also mean to study.

        Godbless,
        Anwar

            Salaam Anwar and Lk

As you explained both can mean recite. Are the words interchangeable ?
How do we chose to use the words ?

Is "Tala" used clearly to mean "follow" in the Quraan ?

I noticed different translators used "read" or "study" while translating the same verse.

              Peace,

Yeah, they are almost synonyms with slightly different meanings. Translators sometimes bend translations sometime for the good and sometime incorrectly. If I saw it i would understand it as follow or recite (talaa) and I would understand qara'a as to read, to recite or to study.

              Godbless,
              Anwar

                Peace Hamsa,
I don't know where you are getting FM translations from. Please go to the main home page of free-minds.org and click on Quran to get the latest online FM translation
1778 You shall hold the connection during the setting of the sun till the twilight; and the Qur'an at dawn; the Qur'an at dawn is witnessed.

                Salam.

Just a few nights ago i read 1778 and thought that maybe i'm reading a poor translation. I was reading Bosnian Quran. Again.

                Peace.
