There have been many saying similar things (hlatif I see as one) yet they do not get banned. Perhaps because they put evidence forward.
LOL! you are a slick one OPF. are you somehow suggesting I never put forward evidence about my statement even though the ENTIRE forum is proof of my statements?

Honestly I've read things here and disagreed with them, like how there seems to be no condemnation of suicide bombers in Iraq or Israel and that has bothered me. But I dont really think the people here are demolishing Islam, I bet the only probalem with this group and many other Islamic groups is that they once believed that there was once only one interpretation of the Quran, which I bet with a little research I can disprove.
I disagree. I not saying everyone who participate in this forum is demolishing islam. That would be a crazy generalization. However several members supporting the Progressive Muslin Movement, including some moderator can be accused of directly and/or indirectly contributing to the demolishing of key elements within the religion of islam.
I had to word that carefully in fear of Wakas banning me again.

I dont really have a problem with the five pillars except pilgrimage and some parts of prayer. I dont see any reason to attack the others either as long as they are used as a guidelines and not neccesary in any way.

The "Liberal Islamic movement" will ALWAYS fail, because islam is moderation but there is a difference.

I could tell you the entire universe is proof of the Quran's authenticity, does that tell you anything that allows you to come to an educated conclusion? NO. Not at all.
