Car and bag example has not even the remote relationship what has been stated in those two verses.

Quran is a book. A book contains written material. Quran is in the Ummul Kitab. That must be a written/inscribed book. Quran is in Loh Mahfooz. Loh we know is used for engraving/inscribing book. When Quran is in the Ummul Kitab and it is also said that it is in the Loh Mahfooz then the only inference/conslusion is that the Ummul Kitab is saved/written/inscribed on it.

Inference/conclusion/conjecture. Be aware.

Off the current topic, can anyone please tell me which verse in the Quran implies that some of the people will believe in some of the Quran's verses and not in the others? or am I mistaken here.
