AOA guys
Ive done smth very very very wrong and feel guilty bout it. I know that by posting here I cant gain forgiveness from Allah but I might get some worthwhile advice.
Since a long time, I have this thing bout wrestling. I love wrestling etc etc. No straight guys or guys I know do this so I had to get an escort. Paid him and wrestled. However, the escort was gay. I knew that but still went ahead with it. Kissed him as well and he sucked me off but not till completion. I realised in time that it was smth wrong and I left after 20 mins. I didnt let him do it any futher. I feel digusted. I really do. I plan to offer prayers for an hour tonight and ask for forgiveness. What is the best way to ask for forgiveness. I cant believe I behaved in such a way.OOOOOOOOOOOH I dont know what to say any more .. never had a GF either and its just soo frustrating!

I can see many frustrations in your mind as you confront yourself with many issues that harms your Self/Nafs. I believe it is more important for you to work on your selfesteem first as frustration and fear leads to wrong deeds. When you know your goals and how to achieve them without any fear, you will have more peace and do not seek up these situations that get you in trouble.
I can understand it is hard to deal with the balance between control, desire and self-esteem. For now I can only advice you to

The gay thing is more a question of where you stand on the issue; for me, I have a 'explanation of the quran' over 8 volumes, and the only mention of homosexuality is the story of Lut and straight men using homosexual men for sexual release, the same sentence can be read as men using women in an unnatural manner (I am assuming having anal sex with a female).
I think the greater issue is payment is the use of a what one could call a rent boy. I'd just ask for forgiveness, but don't beat yourself up over it, your hormones got the better of you. Its happened to everyone at one moment in their life.

Wrestling is a big sport at my university. There's straight guys i know of who wrestles.However, the escort was gay. I knew that but still went ahead with it.
Ammarb, i considered only the action of engaging sex with the same sex as gay... as long as you're not doing it, you're not gay...

Anyway, maybe your long loneliness makes you swing the other way unconsciously. To be honest this feeling happened to me too when I attended a boys only boarding school for 3 years. But after I quit the school and began to get in contact with the opposite sex I realized how gay I was all that time. LOL

Islam fully understands the temptations that come in the way of everyone of us, and that which some of us might go for. Only through repentance, that one can wipe out those sins and past misdeeds and gradually get freed from the clutches of the ego.
Feelings of remorse and guilt are natural reflections of sinning, IF THE PERSON WHO HAS SINNED HAS A CONSCIOUS WHICH IS ALIVE. Moreover, repentance brings about humbleness and a sense of helplessness to the only Creator; Allah, and that is not easily acquired through other forms of worship.
REPENTANCE BREEDS GOOD DEEDS, whilst sinning (without repentance) can cause deprivation of obedience altogether. There is no recourse for a sinner except to ask Allah for forgiveness and to feel great regret for his actions.
Repentance is to repent from the heart, to train the heart into obedience and TO MAKE A FIRM RESOLUTION NEVER TO COMMIT THE SIN AGAIN.
"Except those who repent, have faith and good deeds, those Allah will charge their sins for good deeds. Certainly Allah is most forgiving and merciful." (2570)

Ok this could be interesting. I myself am having problems, not tht im gay myself, but with the understanding of verses in the Quran which condemn males engaging in sexual relations with other men. Some interpret those as menaing rape. Yet it could be that wer not yet clear as to the definition of what a male is. Is anyone with a penis and testis to be considered male at all or is there a subtle sexual variant human race amongst us that is classified as neither male or female? Do the Quranic laws then only apply to humans who are either male or female and not to those in between? Could be since what would be the laws for eunuchs? Or does the Quran want us to surgically stabilize those in between and make them either male or female depedending towards which side theres more tendency. Does male hs activity harm other individuals? Does it cause evolutionary changes in the sperm etc etc. All these qs and more have crossed my mind nd theres no final answer yet in sight.
