Nice point. But I am afraid the "world" may not be interested in knowing as it may affect the current biz models. The most important folks would be our "fellow muslims" whether they follow quran alone or the Arabian Nights... We must make contact with them. Yes the risks are great but it would be better than making the rest of the world undersand the point..I had many quarrels and arguments with the mainstram commercialised islam (read sunni) followers..my last resort would be "May the curse of allah be upon the those who lie.."(Kill or be killed-I am still alive,hope to be alive for a long time)Either they stop talking to me right away or maybe doubt what they have been following...I am not saying this is the best possble approach..
back to the "world" may not be interested" part. The world is too busy with SUV dreams and the like and the proganda machine is always there to brainwash everyone about the standard model of "Islam" the "religion that allows wife beating..marry 4 wives and then divorce then and marry another 4 for good times sake...
And what's up with the goddamn western politicians labeling muslims as "moderate muslims" softcore hardcore...Why aren't these bullies who are trying execute the quranists raise at least a fist at those western folks who create even more sects? Bombing randomly doest not count..
Our only hope is to at least make peace with the sunis and shiites.They let us live in peace-if they can live harmoniously with jews and christians why not us?
I wish we could take a sorta poll with the sunnis / shiites whether they would let us live in peace alongside them while maintaining "Islam" as the name of our social order/religion/system...

I don't see them knocking on my door disturbing my peace they go pass my house every day to the mosque and know very well that we do not go to the mosque and that we are MUSLIMS INDEED.
I don?t think its Shia or Sunni who are not letting others live in peace instead its most secular of the powerful team on this earth who justify getting rid of all who call their creator Allah.

I live is a place where there is a multiude of highly educated people of various religions/race who do not even know the difference between race and religion on top of the fixed view of islam..It is a beautiful island nevetheless.
Over here there is no religious physical violence but the silent wars born out total ignorance could hurt you like crazy + the fast paced living.This fixed view has so many burning questions posed by busybodies (both muslims & the others) who pry just to create stress and destroy peace..Sometimes the sunnis just shy away about the questions raised regarding the differences in practices between the muslims like us and the other muslims. Sometimes they silently join in creating bigger headaches. IF only the secular authorities acknowledge our practice of islam and make it known then we could eat peacefully during the fasting month after 10 days of fasting while the sunnis are sill fasting according to their 30 day version hehe. I am tired of explaining to all those #@$#@### who just ask for the fun of asking while they munch away on their p@#k meals. Most sunnis will say "I don know why they do that becoz I have a 1,400 yr old video clip of the prophet saying this and that and they are so wrong!!" I want the sunnis to just say"It is their version and they are doing what they feel is right and we do what what we think is right,so please leave the rest of us alone,you non (at all)muslim !!"I stress the part on the silent wars-the emotional turmoil-the things that kill us silently...I am sure all of you here could have felt those before. In where I live, there was even an article on Quran only muslims being a cult and a few condemning us as apostates.There was no war, jsut emotional turmoil...
We on our part should stop mudslinging about the hadiths and just leave them alone for the sake of peace.This is why we must talk to te sunnis. They help us by acknowledging our practices and their mufti whoever sports a beard to spread the word to the rest.
I am a muslim convert born of an ex catholic indian father and an Indian mother who claims she is a hindu just because that' s what her mother told her....ahhh me ...just an old guy ranting...

I am glad that you too can feel the silent emotional turmoil which is going to result in gross injustice for a while but eventully it would destroy wrong doers. Presently the propaganda is going on against one section those who hold Qur'an as their book of guidance. They are easy target since they constitute a big section of population on this earth and when making a decision how to control over population they seem to fill the gap. Religion is not concerned of this think-tank they are only working on preserving the world's intelligent race and making sure that when new world order takes full control its justified.Before I go any further let me tell you that I DO NOT FAST IN JULY that is because I am not convinced that God wanted us to experience hunger and abstaining during one period of the year. I have experienced fasting in all seasons of the years and could see the logic behind it I do not accept repetitive fasting of ten days in July as there is more to abstaining than just fasting for ten days and deeper meaning why one should experience fast as Allah(swt) is merciful, and I am still learnign.
I never called myself Sunni or Shia and would only call myself Muslim even if according to some on this site its not the right world. Long before I came to free-minds I believed in Quranic version of Islam and since I came on this site I have learned a lot but there is lots of difference the way I see my deen than those on this site.
I regularly seek guidance from my reading of Qur?an in the morning after fajar, often I get my questions answered which amazes me...For example recently I have been responding to posts of jonny_k in one of the news section thread and yesterdays I was feeling very sad that he and most Israelis have such a harsh approach towards fellow human being? the Palestinians ? this morning I got my response when I read this surah 274
Then your hearts hardened after that, so that they were like rocks, rather worse in hardness; and surely there are some rocks from which streams burst forth, and surely there are some of them which split asunder so water issues out of them, and surely there are some of them which fall down for fear of Allah, and Allah is not at all heedless of what you do.Peace and regards

The only answer is YES THEY SHOULD BE EXECUTED. Many reasons
(1) As Faisal pointed out, they became apostates by rejecting the sunnah of the prophet (pbuh).
(2) They don't believe in the messenger of Allah (pbuh) because if they had faith in him, they would also have had faith in his words. Just as a person has faith in Allah and therefore has faith in His words.
(3) They are corrupting religion by spreading misguidance. And anyone who causes such a mischief in the world is waging war against Allah and the Messenger, and such people need to be fought back and gotten rid of, unless they repent and turn to right path.
The Holy Prophet (pbuh) said
Narrated 'Ali
I relate the traditions of Allah's Apostle to you for I would rather fall from the sky than attribute something to him falsely. But when I tell you a thing which is between you and me, then no doubt, war is guile. I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "In the last days of this world there will appear some young foolish people who will use (in their claim) the best speech of all people (i.e. the Qur'an) and they will abandon Islam as an arrow going through the game. Their belief will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have practically no belief), so wherever you meet them, kill them, for he who kills them shall get a reward on the Day of Resurrection."The list is endless.. I don't have time to type it all up again. Search the forum.
This is stupid because-
A. God told us CLEARLY not to follow any other scriptures.
B. The hadith cannot be proven, historically and their is no evidence to suggest itis correct, plus God told us to reject any other scriptures apart from his.
c. God says to follow the wisdom of the prophet, but there was no hadith around at that time, which means that the wisdom of the prophet was the golden revelations from in the Quran. (The reason people think that is hadith is because they read TOO much into it, but God has told us it is easy to understand. So we must take Gods words literally)
D. God tells us in Surah 69 that he would kill Muhammed (pbuh) and leave him for dead if he were to utter any other teachings. If anything, people who follow hadith are the ones committing the sin, as they are following practices that he has forbidden.
ie - following other teachings, using other scriptures (idolatry), adding extra actions ontop of wha he has prescribed which is disrespecting God (ie Wudu) seeing as he has told us everything is perfect and that he did not leave anything out of the book. God does not forget so to say that the quran is incomplete will in no doubt cast you to the fire as you are telling God he left something out of the Holy Book. God does not forget and he told us it is complete.
"The word of your Lord is complete in truth and justice" 6115
"A.L.R. This is a book whose verses have been perfected" 111
"A.L.R. These are the signs of the clear book" 121
"It (the Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the universe. Had he (Muhammad) uttered any other teachings, We would have grabbed him by the right, and We would have severed his Wateen (Major artery of the heart), none of you could have helped him." 6943-47
"Shall I seek other than God as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed?" 6114
"We have made it (the Quran) easy to understand and in your own tongue (language) may you take heed." 4458
to go against the above verses is to extradite yourself from Islam. As you are going against Gods words.

Hi Layth..I am the one named "ahmed". I was the one who started that thread because I wanted to know if many traditional muslim actually think that we "Quranists" deserve to be executed. ;D I had many heated debates with them.
