in line with the discussion happened in the other thread If only Allah, then Allah Alone.
6.17 - If Allah has allowed you a distress, none but He can remove it; and if He bestows you with a good, He has power over all things.
10.107 - And if Allah touches you with an affliction, there is none to dispel it; and if He wishes a good to you none shall halt His bestow. He delivers it to who He will of His bondsmen. And He is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
as a believer, God / quran's guidance to be followed in our life. unless Allah wills we cannot follow. here i take only two verses for now to discuss and by this, i invite those who got guidance and to what extent are following in their life 6.17 and 10.107. this as a proof from their life sets an example for those who need strength in the path of their God.
as a bondsmen, how we are contented, felt secured, felt peace.. at the reading of the verses and thus guided with strength in the path of peace revering the Almighty, the Most Forgiving, the Merciful.
ever since (2005) i was introduced to quran and the Only God; here i have to tell you when i first heard the speech, i was not knowing it was from quran. the talk was so near to the heart for almost all participants (irrespective of any faith) in that public meeting. i am attending it till now. my attending to doctors, medicines, for myself and later for my family stopped then by my Protector. not only doctor, stopped savings in my earnings by Allah, stopped personal and family insurance in the name of Almighty, stopped attending any rituals in the name of tradition by the Merciful, .... all praise to Allah. 2006, purchased quran in the meeting and started reading it, every talk is from the quran and only quran.
