In my opinion the first issue informs us as an example about a fact, this is if we consider that Adam was one person and had only two sons and a single daughter.
If this is the case then the whole humanity descended from one single son, the killing of the other son is the other alternative humanity.
The issue then here is about two distinct branches of humanity..
We descended from the aggressive one, the one who killed his own brother..

You Say God before created the universe..you are talking according to our time and space reference, as an observer.
It is difficult for us humans to grasp the possibility that there is no such thing as before and after..
We are talking here about a mathematical issue..
This is exactly like trying to question what was God doing before he created us.
We have to admit that God is not an easy issue to grasp and no one knows for certain whether he exists or doesn't..

I think the key answer to the author of the question is the terminology used.
I'm talking about time Past, present and future. and also space.
If we're talking about GOD then these parameters are not included in his domain.
For GOD there is no such a thing as time, space, past present and future.
These all relate to us as a mean of thinking and making decision.
I'm not good with analogies, and many of them some times tends to miss-represent the real issue.

I think your questions are really valid, and I do not beleive in the way that Islam is "marketed" as being a purely physical and sex control system, no benefit to the soul what so ever.
All the arguments that the ritual inheritors comes up with are valid only for specific geographical and historical conditions.

Lunar calendar is just used for ritualistic events, can not be used for agriculture or even to celebrate a simple birthday.
It is said that the names of the months were in existence before Mohamed time, which raises the question of the actual Hijri calendar and it's validity in terms of when the counting has started.

Let us be clear on this.. if Ramadan is related to food it would have been mentioned in previous scriptures, since the Quran tells us that the same command was issued for those before Mohamed, that is .. Issa, Moussa, etc...

If you look at the occurrence of the word Siam as it appears in the Quran, see if it has to do with not eating or not drinking

When I was in the UNI back in the 80's ( Algiers, Algeria) , the so called Hidjab started to be adopted by some of my female friends.
while we were sitting as a small group with some musicians in our midst, a group of Beared boys came to us and talked to the girl with the Hijab and said to her
Shame on you .. how could you sit with these kind of people..!

The next day when I met her the hijab has gone, she became normal again.

My main point is that since the reality of us Humans isn't physical, the part that originated from God is eternal and this is similar to the concept of Satan, he is not a physical entity.

And the whisper that God tells us about in the Quran actually happens in our head..

But just for a second think about it, how can someone acts in an evil way if he didn't have evil thoughts to begin with?

Mentioning Quran Verse isn't in itself a proof, this is the same method used by "Bukhrist"..
The Quran is still misunderstood and mistranslated and anyone can use its verses to his own advantage.

I think there is a serious need to change the way topics are dealt with..
This is for the interest of everyone.
Because so far it looks like an arena, where everyone comes with his view and try to force it on others as being the true one, without actually reading others views.
well even if the reading is done, it is usually some minor points that end up being discussed, and then the whole topic is diluted.

There is noway someone will learn from defending his view whilst locking his mind.

I know that some of us here enjoy the ego trip and feel better by scoring points..

Rape on the other hand is non consensual and it is a crime.
Paedophilia is crime too, it is regarded as rape because the under aged. in question is unable to comprehend what is going on.

the reasons are, the background music choice is too fast and is more useful to show something being built quickly
do you know what I mean.

secondly for a text video and for it to be read, you need to put the person on a relaxed mood very relaxed
and thus the writing shouldn't appear to be typed in, it's far much better to have a portion of text appear for about 6 to 10 seconds with fading in and out.

The main reason I'm advancing this argument is that, words meanings are lost with the wrong interpretation.

Example Hidjab for almost everyone mean a women dress.. but it's not.
Waled Awlad, in many countries mean boys, but in reality it means children..
there are so many examples where words acquired through tradition a different meaning.
Tradition is not the word of God.

Even if everyone think that Al zina is fornication it doesn't mean it is the truth.
Common sense has to prevail.

Bottom line is that, while God is insisting in the preservation of life, Satan wants from human to perform blood sacrifice and spend their time thinking about how to punish people,
and spill blood as a sacrifice for him through ritualistic traditions, such as circumcision,
sacrifice of the sheep, stoning and cutting of the heads and the hands.
