The more i read quran the more i am convinced ma means mother. Why is it only me (in modern times) have figured this out? Like i said the quran is a rrecitation and not necessarily dependent on the text. This is what i have come to a conclusion. Allah knows best!

Allah does not need a partner. The example is of Mary (as) Jesus's Mother (pbuh). She conceived without a partner. Allah knows best

Check Quran 710, It clearly says 'ma aysha'. Probably hinting to Mother Aysha (ra) Prophets wife. I think with the Quran its not necessarily the way the words are written but how it sounds. As Quran does mean 'Recitation'. And it was received by our Prophet (pbuh) that way.

Amma (another south asian word) meaning mother, in Aramaic is translated as 'one who holds in the womb. Which is exactly what a mother is!

According to "traditional islam" malaika means angels (female creatures with wings). But does the Quranic evidence suggests that the word Malaika means angels (female creatures with wings)?
