My limited understanding is that Allaat, Al-'Uzzah, and Manaat are goddesses that the Arabs in Muhammad's (PBUH) time worshipped along with Allah and a whole slew of other gods/goddesses. So the Qur'an establishes that Allah is the only God and that goddess worship is forbidden. Someone more knowledgable may chime in to correct any of that. ) Al Lah is not a human.
