If one refuses to think, there isn't really much that we can do about it. However, the fact remains that people mislead each other. Besides confrontations with people who do not reason, I am sure you will come across people that reason. When you tell them from the words of your Lord, their hearts soften and they hear and they obey. For them, let us invite to the way of God with wisdom and beautiful delivery. I am glad that those who turn away after the message is brought to them, we are not a guardian over them. Upon us is what we have earned, upon them is theirs.
