  • Traditionalist approach to the five obligatory prayers a day
    R Rauf_Murtuzov

It is against Quran to claim that the best community decided to corrupt the way of prayers.

Allah the Most High said You are the best community that has ever been brought forth for mankind you enjoin good and forbid evil, and you believe in Allah.

  • Can hadith rejectors be certain that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the Last Prophet?
    R Rauf_Murtuzov

"Khatam An-Nabiyyin" means "The Last Prophet" but I am not sure if it can also mean "the one who confirms the authenticity of previous prophets" in the context of the Quran and Hadith.

What I am unsure about is whether it carries both meanings or only 'The Last Prophet.

    J. Khan, you present far-fetched interpretations and translations.

Muhammad (ﷺ) is not the father of any man amongst you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Last of the Prophets. And Allah knows everything. (Al-Ahzab, 40).

Prophets are important and relied upon.

These are the ones whom Allah has guided, so follow their guidance. (Al-An'am 90).

    General Issues / Questions

  • Traditionalist approach to the five obligatory prayers a day
    R Rauf_Murtuzov

Traditionalists pray the five obligatory daily prayers as follows Fajr with 2 Rakat, Dhuhr with 4 Rakat, Asr with 4 Rakat, Maghrib with 3 Rakat, and Isha with 4 Rakat.

I firmly believe in the traditionalist approach to these obligatory prayers. To those who disagree, I ask How can we be sure that the Quran we possess today remains preserved and uncorrupted? The Quran has been transmitted to us through the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the generations that followed. It is impossible that all Muslims from east to west in the 7th or 8th century onwards suddenly decide unanimously to corrupt the way of performing these obligatory prayers same way (all of them agreeing on a same specific rakat and same specific amount of times a day), just like they did not suddenly decided to change the true Quran.

It is impossible that all Muslims from east to west in the 7th or 8th century onwards decide unanimously to corrupt the way of prayers.

It is against history and logic to claim that all Muslims from Morocco to Pakistan decided unanimously to corrupt the way of prayers in any century.

How do you know that the Quran is preserved to this day and all Muslims from east to west in the 7th or 8th century onwards did not decide unanimously to corrupt the Quran?

    Greetings.

Do you trust the people who wrote these manuscripts? Do you trust them regarding the preservation of the Qur'an and the preservation of religious practices that are very widespread, such as Salah?

8521 No, it is a glorious Quran.
    8522 In a tablet, preserved.

I agree that the Quran is preserved. But I don't how to prove when some people claim Quran is not preserved. The verse you send refers to al-lahw al-mahfuz (the Preserved Tablet), it is also mentioned in the Quran 659, 2775.

    Peace.

Some people justify from the Quran that Jews have right to have a state. They use chapter 17 verse 104.

    The Quran, chapter 17 (Al-Isra), verse 104

And thereafter We said to the Children of Israel 'Dwell in the land. When the promise of the Everlasting Life comes We shall bring you all together.

    Whats your thoughts on this?
