The hypocrites think that they are deceiving GOD, but He is the One who leads them on. When they get up for the Contact Prayer (Salat), they get up lazily. That is because they only show off in front of the people, and rarely do they think of GOD.
the word/words get up indicates that salat is physical, (as well as mental)

As summer is coming, and reading about an article about women dress code, I was wondering what are your thought about "dress code on the beach", I know seems maybe obvious for some, but still, everyone should enjoy of God's creation and going to swim in the sea is one of them.

i usually read the Rashad Khalifa translation or the Yusuf Ali translation sometimes, those 2 are easier to understand and uses modern english, thats my opinion.
