In all free countries, people are born free and equal in rights.

When we compare to Muslim countries, obviously this is not the case, people are not born equal in rights.

First of all, women do not enjoy the same civil rights as men, especially in inheritance. Even in a country like Morocco that tries to be as modern as possible.
Second, depending on the religion of your parents, you are not bound the same set of laws, especially for marriage, e.g. in Liban, Iran or Morocco.
Third, slavery still exists AS WELL AS child labour Sudan, and in Mauritania (although they claim it has been abolished in 1982 !).

About Muslim countries, they are in Hell because since centuries, Muslims have been doing and continue to do exactly what is strictly forbidden in Quran

1. Following extremism, called Taghyia in Quran, (like Thamuds), whereas they were instructed to not do so
2. Taking ulemas as arbabs, i.e. teachers of religion, besides the only Rabb, Allah.
3. (Ulemas) Twisting the meaning of the words in Quran to create meaningless and stupid rituals salat, zakah, hajj, sujud, ramadhan, ...
4. Giving credits to baseless says (hadiths)
5. Declaring this is halal, this is haram in contradiction to Quran
6. Denying the signs of reality
7. Not using reason, especially to ponder Quran
   8 ) Dividing into sects after having received knowledge

Probably a lot more to be added.

All of these lead to Hell.

By denying the signs of reality, the Muslims couldn't see that West was rising. By not using reason, they were not able to fill the technological and scientifical gap with West.
