If we have 2 lives, than i understand, we get life on earth and die and than we are resurrected and have another life. About dying i do not understand, if we die and we go in our grave, when is the second time we die? Because the people will have eternal life in heaven, that is what Allah says many times in Quran, i think it is mentioned most often of all things.

Based on the fact that this abstinence was prescribed for others before the Quran was revealed, we could take a look at other Abrahamic religions. Interestingly, the ancient Jews wore a special prayer shawl called 'tallit' which had tassels hanging off the four corners called 'tzitzit'. They used a thread called 'tekhelet' which was dark blue in colour to run through the shawl. All religions have a creation stories. The creation story tell us the difference between monotheism and polytheism. Monotheism before existence there was God. Polytheism believes in some form of existence before the gods. Just a hypothesis (as it just came to my mind and not proven yet) maybe polytheistic creation stories talk about the making of one group of people, whereas monotheism talks about humankind in general. As tawhid is about one-ness, and the contrary, shirk, is about splitting everything including humanity into little pieces that fight each other.

What I see is that the western laws are more in line with Quran. If a law goes against rationality and ethics then the state can be sued. Second thing is that Allah tells us in the Quran that earth is specious. Unless, the person is held hostage he is free to leave the country in pursuit of his dream. now a person want to do work i mean legal earning by his hard work , but state put a restriction he cannnot do I can't speak about European countries, but I do believe there should be restrictions on those coming to US with F1 and H1 visas or illegally. if he do it , there are two things he is doing wrong, first he is breaking the law of state , second thing he is hiding the income from tax department , both are criminal offence, Much depends on the kind of work he is doing and the place where he lives. Receipts and how he gets the salary also matter. Some places might not have income tax. Similarly, government can do nothing if the salary is being paid in cash. This topic was created in 2006 so it is hard to know what Al-Jaazera was doing then. But today Al-Jaazera is indeed a mouthpiece of terrorist organizations and Gulf regimes. It's really hard to test for one's agenda, I think, especially if they don't know of it themselves. IMO, the beauty of this "movement" is the abundance of interpretations. None of us know, and only God knows, but we can still discuss and put forth our own ideas. And let the God forgive us all if we are ever in the wrong. I am not against the idea of different interpretations; it's just that so many different interpretation, give me the same perception of a sectarianism where the Main set is called Muslim and its subsets are called Sunni,Shia,Wahabi,Ahmadi, all with different interpretation, and those subset have their own subsets with their own views. A similar behaviour is seen here, Quranists being the main set, with subset of one view,another view, another view on the same subject. Why I find this difficult to absorb? because I believe that sectarianism is caused by people not following just the Quran but putting a lot weight into the Hadith and we have so many Hadiths that every group has the set of books to follow. Multiple books do ultimately lead to multiple distant interpretations. However, the ideology behind what Quranists believe is that only book has to be followed (the Quran) and yet many views don't sound concrete but mere hypothesis. Currently I don't find this a way forward but I also admit that I am new to this and maybe I am missing some points that in the future will allow me to understand why things are the way they are. Lets pray Allah gives us the strength and knowledge to get close to the truth.

However, the comment about men not approaching women during their menstruation on the verse doesn't explicitly mention that they have to stay away when it comes to intercourse; so how do you deduce that sexual intercourse is what is meant in that verse, as it can mean a variety of things such as -Approaching them at all -Not being in the same room -Trying to touch them -Talk to them. and so on... The Qur'an is all the time concerned about women and how to protect them, I believe God (Whounderstands what menstruation, pregnancy and birth are in all aspects spiritually, personally, psicologically and physically) is just making things eassier for us. However, connecting both verses... i don't see it means that we can not pray or that we are dirty, I read "You can take a rest, you woman, you manage so many things every single day". We have to use our minds as we told to. So, if our sex drive reaches a degree that blocking our self control mechanism and prevents us from making right decisions, it is entirely logical to discharge it deliberately instead of waiting for an uncertain "wet dream". Because our self control mechanism is much much important than our sexual desire. Zina/fornication is haram in Quran but masturbation is not. Therefore, if masturbation is going to help to keep ourselves away from zina, it is entirely sensible to do it without condemning one of biggest sins. But one exception avoiding excessive masturbation like many other excessive things we have to avoid. Regards.

I I were to follow my instinct, like an animal, yes, Man of Faith, like an animal alhamdulillah, my instinct, love or whatever, would be the instinct to die, to fuse, to attain absolute. All fallings in love are like sparks of the ONE light. We crave for it, but it is tooooooo much, so we must near it very little step by very little step, otherwise we will fall into may be emptiness, may be hell, may be nothingness. Love is the instinct for God, but we call it other things, a beautiful man, a wonderful day, the breeze and light of a may day. Love is beauty to the point of death. Is the time of death predetermined or does it change if one implores God and ask for an extension? According to the 3145 it seems to be predetermined. However according to 37139-145 it seems to change if one implores God and asks for more time. What is your opinion? Peace mike, I'll start of by saying that at God, anything is possible. The question you put forward though is one of the deep, murky ones submerged entirely in interpretation and guess-work. This is because human beings have limited, linear perception. When you talk about God, linear ideas of predestination, chance, etc etc all break down to being un-workable, because of our perception limitations. But to stay on-topic, answering within the limitations I pointed out 3145 "It is not permitted for a person to die except by the permission of God in an appointed record. " I interpret that as a pointer towards predestination and chance working together. We know that no human being lives without death, so we know that all have limited life-spans - limited meaning it is defined and thus determined. So say a normal, healthy person X fell off their balcony, let's say the fall was bad. Now let's say they died - then it was because God permitted it, let's say they survived - then it was because God did not permit them to die. Both of these cases dont change the actual predetermined life-span of person X (also determined by God). God's permitting events and ordaining certain/all events is a poorly understood subject, though as I stated, these are features of the limited human linear perception. I do think that it is clear that how we try to understand "predestination" or lack of and how we make mental constructs is completely off to how these things actually are.
