    Peace Leoxyz

I think anything is acceptable as long as it is in line with the quran. If one chooses to deviate they may accept other ahadeeth (besides those of Persian and Arab tradition).

    Joe

The Question is wheather "this Idara" is quoting something "authenticated " or "unauthenticated"??
Why "unauthenticated " material is acceptable for the "Quranists""???

Yes. They cannot be baseless hadeeth, or hearsay, or conjecture and they must have full verification. It of course, depends on the subject matter. A hadeeth that said "water is wet" or "do unto others as you would like them to do unto you" is acceptable whereas a hadeeth that says "Muhammad jumped onto his magical flying horse all the way to the non-existant Al-Aqsa mosque and back" is baseless, conjecture, and hearsay.

My question is the Hadiths which are attributed to the Holy Prophet on this webpage, are really those of Holy Prophet ???
      Why did Idara quote them

It is fair to post ANYTHING.
you can't really decide what is "polluting" or "nourishing" the "quranic atmosphere."
We don't disallow athiest articles on this site, why not allow people to post hadiths (whether or not they are good or not) and let members debate them. That might actually be the best way to see which approach to the quran is the better.
I would encourage hadith believers to post whatever they think is true and we'll debate it. And it would help if they were in ENGLISH and not Urdu. Although I can read urdu, I'm very bad at it.
          peace

          Peace Lobster,

I do not disagree with this, as I've always fought for considering all sources as per 3918.

What I was saying, was on the context of hadeeth's authority.

Is this not against the "Eemaan" of Quranists.

Who are these "Quranists" you keep referring to?

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

Idara Tolu-e-islam has quoted two hadiths on its webpage.
                  http//www.toluislam.com/

Are these Hadiths true? If true what is authenticity?
ARe quranists in the habit of quoting unauthenticated material ?

                    Munkareen-e- Hadith
                    Temperers of the Quran

                    Ahh, so, to clarify

Quranists = Munkareen-e- Hadith = Temperers of the Quran

Where can I read about this group? Particulary what constitutes their "Eemaan"?

Thanks for the clarification. When you now use "Quranists" I will now know you are referring to those who fulfill the above criteria.

That is quite specific. I am unaware of such a group so cant really comment on your question(s). Good luck in your search.

First of all How much arabic do you know to judge mine or anyone else's?

Secondly why don't you have the honesty to quote me where I said that? Did I really translate , interpret or did say "I rub my feet when it's cold and the water is cold, or when the sink is too high for me?" Do you believe too that the prophet was tampering with the qur'aan when it is said that he rubbed-not his feet-but his shoes?

Thirdly How did you benefit from believing in hadith, in qur'aan and in following in the steps of the prophet if you keep insulting people and telling lies about them without any evidence?

Fourthly If you so much believe in hadith, how about this one

"Say something good or shut up"?

Did I really translate , interpret or did say "I rub my feet when it's cold and the water is cold, or when the sink is too high for me?" Do you believe too that the prophet was tampering with the qur'aan when it is said that he rubbed-not his feet-but his shoes?

Thirdly How did you benefit from believing in hadith, in qur'aan and in following in the steps of the prophet if you keep insulting people and telling lies about them without any evidence?

Fourthly If you so much believe in hadith, how about this one

"Say something good or shut up"?

                                          Dear elder sister
This quote was not about you but I think it appeared to be a straw in the beard (as a proverb).
                                          You said

First of all How much arabic do you know to judge mine or anyone else's?

Being absolutely honest ,I have no knowledge of arabic .I am a non arabic and just a learner.
                                          You said ;

Two of your posts as evidence are here for benefit of "Quranists"

PEARL NO 1 TWO VERSIONS OF THE SAME AYAA OF THE QURAN

                                          Salaam Leoxyz

It's not about a verse being correct or incorrect. No one is saying it's incorrect. It's about vocalization of the word "arjulakum or arjulikum". If one adopts the fisrt one, and on mere grammatical grounds, it will follow wash your faces wujuuhakum", so it will mean wash your feet.

On the other hand, if one adopts wa arjulikum", it will follow rub your heads ru'uusikum" and it will mean rub your feet.

                                          or

And for your information, no one here messes with qur'aan, quite the opposite. If some people divide their efforts between the quraan and some twenty-hundreds other books, we concentrate ALL our efforts on the quraan. Keep an open mind and try to read more than talk.

PEARL NO2 ,SAME AYAA .TRANSLATION WEATHER RELATED

Sorry, I am not in a position to say which is correct, and I do not see why both cannot be correct. When it is cold, and I have no access to warm water, I would rub my feet; or if I am somewhere where the sink is too high for me, I can't just splash water on the floor, so I rub. Otherwise I wash them (washing is the default in my case). Perhaps God left it like that as a way of making things easy for u

                                          You said

Fourthly If you so much believe in hadith, how about this one

"Say something good or shut up"?

                                          Subhanallah !! What a scented language !!
Is this language of all Quranists or you are unique in this ?
