You said"If things do not improve" is a total/complete fabrication and ascribing lies to the god. The three remedies occur at the same time as evident by the "wa" between them. We should not distort or twist the god's message to fit our understandings.
What is the evidence that "waw" means that things are occuring necessariy at one time ?
DRB also means "prevent/hinder" (http//www.studyquran.co.uk/PRLonline.htm) and a very logical meaning of 434 would be as follows
I would appreciate if you can make a reference to a standard dictionary of Classical Arabic instead of referring to a website which is under construction and does not mention what is the source of such meanings.

Sequence is "recite, purify, teach"
Does this mean that the messenger first did one and then the other after some time, in the sequence mentioned, or does this mean he did all those things at the same time? If the sequence is important then the sequence in the above two signs is different which proves it is not sequential.
What has been placed in the parentheses could conveniently even be placed straight since sequence is reflected in the verse.
I can't believe I am seeing the above.

Wrong example.It does show one aspect of "waw" only.I cannot understand why do you apply English principles on the Arabic language.Look at the example.(163)
Events connected by Waw
1Can be simultaneous
2Can be at different times
So many prophets are connected with" Waw". Did all of them get revelation at the same time or one by one ?
I do not know what is your source of "Arabic Grammar".
Secondly, I am still waiting for Some Classical Arabic Dictionary Reference for the meaning which you put but you are AVOIDING it.

You are giving wrong example too. Jonah, Job, Aaron, and Solomon are being mentioned after Jesus in your quoted sign, which proves it is not sequential. Of course all the remedies cannot be done at exactly the same time and obviously they are done at different times but not necessarily in the sequence mentioned. What I meant by "at the same time" was that they all should be done and not necessarily in the sequence mentioned. I apologize for my unclear statement of "at the same time". What I meant was those remedies are not sequential in the sequence mentioned and all have to be done for the "nushuz" being feared. No more comments from me on this issue.

Our contention was "simultaneous" or non -simultaneous" occurence shown by "waw".

yea well husband beaters deseve to be put away in prison. here where I live the man is charged and the women can take out an intervetion order to keep that troll away. and it is not in married couples only many non married couples are living together and the male partner bashes his girlfriend I have seen it first hand I lived next door to a bloke that was bashing his miss's. Not all men are dogs but most are. Thank goodness I am single. but I also know some of my old friends are still happly married after years and no religion involved. I also know many christians who have been married for over 50 years and still going strong.
