yes those that dont follow Quran do fall under this description, IMHO.
if you look at what the jews did they were given Torah from Moses, they already had laws and traditions, they added the hadith of Moses (oral Torah) all lumped together becomes the talmud complete with rabbanical laws, hadiths, traditions and a tinsy bit of what god actually said bogged down with heaps of what He didnt say. Apply the same to Quran hadith fiqh etc etc you get Judaism-ized Islam, the Islam of today.
scrape it all away and see the light that is Gods Words that is Quran, or do as the jews did by letting schollars 'change it with their tongues'

I compared different translations brother and they all says books but however if you are right then how do you make sense of this verse. thanks for pointing out!

I don't speak Arabic, but from what I see in this translation it is implied that what is being carried (in the baggage) is books.

I would think you should follow what you believe in your heart to be the will of the one God, as long you are sincere in your heart (I think this would apply to those outside Islam. However if the truth is clearly revealed to you and you reject it for whatever reason, you would be held accountable.)
May Allah bless us and forever guide us closer to the truth.

Yes, Asfara "" is the baggages of a trip or the arabic word is "" which means also the baggeges. where did I find it ? did you forget that I'm Arabic, mostly God SWT gave me a gift in giving the right meanings of the word especially in Quran, I can understand a lot of words in classic Arabic plus my education which was very well in Arabic. Anyways let's move to the word
the word "" is typically a kind of plural but is different from the normal plural, this plural we called it " " whic is two types, one depends on hearing and one depends on measurement, and when you use this type of plural you feel that the word has broken and it turned to something else in its meaning but in fact the word stay in a connexion with the root of the word >> the root of this word is "" which means the trip or travel and the verb is "" which means he went in a trip .
the word "" is a noun and the plural of this noun is " " and this is a normal plural not the one that I have stated before .
this word "" means also the baggage but it always comes and the plural " " and we have to say " " or "" which both of them means the same thing which is baggages .
this word "" is from clasic Arabic, the new word which is also classic but still in use and modern Arabic too is "" or "".

How would you translate 'bi aydee safarah' (80/15).
ah about this one " " or "bi Aydee Safarah" which means the in hands of angels . the adjectif of this word is "" or "safir" which means ambassador and the plural of this word is "" or "Safarah" which means " Ambassadors" .
and you know that the ambassador is a connexion between two countries and he travel between them, and the verse is the same meaning the ambassadors between God and the prophets are the angels and if you look back for the precedent verses of the same sura you'll find that God talks about his books which they are carried by angels to human . so the word Safarah means Angels because they carry books of God and they are the connexion between God and people .

The basic perception infolded in the Root is to remove the veil or covering from something so as to make it distinctly evident and visible.
It is also employed for sweeping since by removing away the dust etc the surface becomes evidently visible.
It is used for indicating that the wind scattered away the clouds, and here too, the original perception of the Root remains predominant, it makes the sky evidently visible.
refers to a person who is journeying . A man coming out of his house and on road becomes visible to others.
means food which a passenger takes along from his house
It nowhere is used for "Baggage".
Perception of the Root is evident from this verse
