Asking a woman in secrecy
-
Dear Ayisha
Once again, you're getting your tongue twisted. There is absolutely no dislike from me towards the questioner in the slightest.
I personally do not think this Forum is the appropriate medium for advice on a matter regarding the 'right' way to get married especially for someone who has feelings for another and wants to move forward and 'tie the knot'. I could be wrong, but hey, that's my view.
Peace

Dear Ayisha

then why this rather distainful remark"or trying to verify the right way because I have decided to cut myself off from the majority of Muslims around the world therefore cannot go to a more learned person for advice. "

you are welcome to your view brother, as is everyone else, and the poster is looking for a bit of brainstorming so he can come to the right conclusion for HIM.

The verses are discussing making a secret contract. It says there is no blame on you for making a betrothal but a secret contract is wrong, like in marrying in secret or engaging in secret. You have said to the girl in question you want to marry her, I see no wrong on that even according to the verses. Being in love is not evil. ???
you should both tell your parents though and it is not wrong to marry someone you love, what is wrong is being forced to marry someone you dont want.
Yes it is, we've barely known each other a week and have already had two major hurt and regret issues.

Oh My God !! you better ask forgiveness.
this is for the woman that his man died and she still in the period which is 40 days and 10 days .
Yes I know it speaks about women who's men have died, but it would even refer to general to such women who were indisposed as she considers herself to be.
-
the guy is with a girl without a legal contract with witness in this contract and even he said that he touched her and there she came Miss.Fatwa to say there is no wrong with that it is love and interpret the verse for all woman. is that ok for you? .
Chat... chat...!
Intentions are not contracts, and neither are proposals. You're using incorrect terms, stop confusing people and getting confused.

Dear Ayisha
You may see the remark as distainful but I don't.
Is it not a fact that any of the PM's that do not accept rulings and advice from the Muslim Scholars because they are perceived to have deviated from the path and brainwashed the masses, make up their own in accordance to what they believe is right from their personal interpretation of the Quran?
Tell me I'm wrong.
Peace

well, I will not believe him if he didn't say that he didn't touch her, he is meeting her , he is touching her >> you misunderstood the term touching holding his hands as a symbol of love is touching.
and the second thing that you have avoid is she interpreted the verse for all woman even the free one.
In touch, not touching... and holding a woman's hand is not a sin. It only may potentially lead to sin.

dont you mean deviated from the path of the brainwashed masses in order to use their own brains and minds as instructed by Allah in Quran?

We touched on quite a bit of subjects in the 5 hour stretch chat conversation we had.
but not physically. thereformer here is accusing you of touching physically in an improper manner. Whether you did or not is not our concern and not one word in your post implied you did, thereformer was wrong in his assumptions and accusations.

But, Ayisha. I don't come on here asking for advice on my relationship with my spouse or potential spouse or trying to verify the right way because I have decided to cut myself off from the majority of Muslims around the world therefore cannot go to a more learned person for advice.
You may discuss your personal issues here but not me.
How about setting up a blog for his thoughts, moans, gripes and what nots. Or even diarise it.
Anyway keep up the advice.
Peace
Quran 3103 refer to it.
And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah's favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you That ye may be guided.
The Noble Qur'an An-Nisa 488-89 refer to it as well.
Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allah has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allah has made to go astray? And he whom Allah has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance). They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not 'Auliya' (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allah. But if they turn back, take of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither 'Auliya' nor helpers from them.
