It is not permitted for men to listen to the singing or recitation of strange (non-mahram) women, whether it is with or without the fear of fitna.
I don't understand why the word "fitna" is brought in whenever something is related to women? Iblees is obviously not woman or feminine.

Nice, but she's a child or considered child. i wonder if she would get support to recite quran when she's older. I once had a dream of reciting quran in tajweed but my voice isn't strong enough for it.
