bloated/gas implies your body is not reacting well with what you've consumed. Unless it's something to do with fasting and/or some sort of build-up of stomach acids etc. I'd recommend trying different things to break your fast. If you find it happens with everything, that suggests it is not the food/drink.

I think it is related to fasting as it only happens during Ramadan.

Thanks for the tips Sirius! I shall try that this Ramadan, God willing.

        Peace everyone!

Every Ramadan after breaking fast, I feel bloated and very tired no matter what I eat. Ramadan is a good opportunity to cleanse our bodies but I always seem to experience the opposite effect during this time. Can anyone suggest the correct way to break fast to keep the digestive system working well and to give me energy?

        Many thanks!

        hello 1988

if you have such problem you better not fast! Is there any alternative to fasting? Think!

I can fast. I just can't seem to digest the food properly afterwards.
