I Hope God has proved you otherwise. Women in my life have impacted me more-so than Men. From Mother to aunts to The many Female Teachers that i Admire. (Most of my teachers were Women...such caring creatures

and yeah in the arabic circle, they do swear a lot by God "walahi" "walahi el3azeem" "wrbk"
we aren't supposed to swear by God in our every day speech.

Do Not Take God's Name in Vain
Do not subject GOD's name to your casual swearing, that you may appear righteous, pious, or to attain credibility among the people. GOD is Hearer, Knower.

    Peace,

    Thanks youssef from the aayat.

May Allah rewards you with the best and guide us to His only path pr

            Salaam,

I read somewhere.... "O People! Indeed, I have left among you, that which if you hold fast to it, you shall not go astray The Book of Allah (Quran) and my Sunnah. (Sahih Al-Bukhari)" but where I read that hmm

there are actually three versions of this sermon cited in the Hadith books

              1. First version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided The Book of God and my Family?.
                (Al-Tirmidhi 6143; Muslim 44/4/2408; Ibn Hanbal 4/366; Darimi 23/1/3319)
              2. Second version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided The Book of God and my Sunnah".
                (Muwatta Book 46.1.3
              3. Third version
"I left for you what if you hold up to, you will never be misguided, The Book of God"
(Sahih Muslim Book 7, Number 2803; Muslim 15/19/1218; Ibn Majah 25/84/3074; Abu Dawud 11/56/1905).

The Shia Muslims would accept the First Version
The Sunni Muslims would accept the Second Version
We Muslims who want to follow the Quran Alone would accept the Third Version, because again, the Quran is Fully Detailed (6114) Not missing Anything (63 and it explains and clarifies Everything (12111,1689).

Hey Wa2el since you've done dawah work, you can do Quran-alone dawah D
I do that. I pass out flyers to mostly non-muslims, and muslms, and stickers with websites etc.

here is a version of my flyer that i personally pass out (To non-muslims) (i try-fold it, fold bottom till first paragraph, and then fold the top part that's left down = looks like an invitation)

Yes I have also just finished checking his video. This guy is an awesome fresh and brave guy who makes great videos. I liked that he makes videos both for the English and Arabic audience.. I could hear from his accent that he is Egyptian (because I use to watch Egyptian TV and movies) and he is a great alternative to the traditional Egyptian extreme Sunni preachers.

Well yousef I am thinking about writing a we page about our message ... I have a very strong Spanish accent when I speak English so I don't think I am suitable to make videos.. People would eventually give more attention to my Spanish accent than to what I say

One thing I never understood is why is the Muslims in UK so extreme in their religion compared to Muslims in other countries ?

Interesting question. I am doing my dissertation on this at the moment. I can send it to you when I finish, if you like.

Remenber when you see a very radical religious person is because in truth that person does not really believe in God, it is the worst hypocrite. Mattew 2311 But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

A way to see verse 2217 is that the enemies of Muslims will never stop until they make muslims reject, repudiate, disown, apostatize their religion/law/system. So what better way than to destroy it from within using the most hypocrite Muslims as the promoters of the new ideas, putting so much weight on the shoulders of Muslims until they repudiate their religion.

Some words atributed to Pophet Jesus, (parentesis mine)Mattew 234-7
4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues(mosques),7 And greetings in the markets, and to be called by men, Rabbi, Rabbi (iman, sheik, ulama).

Qur' an ASAD 2185 ......God wills that you shall have ease, and does not will you to suffer hardship;......
Quran Yusuf ali 2185....... God intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties......

When The British conquered the middle east in the late 1800 (sorry if I am wrong) 1'st world war was between Germany and Britain for control of oil in middle east. Anyway , they thought carefully about who to put in power in each of the new countries they formed and named. Guess who they put. the most hypocrite people that they could find. As Example Arabia. don't take my word for it Read.

997 The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Apostle But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.

                            About the issue of women
I still can't understand how somebody can hate women; thought I have never feel hate for anybody; not even in my worst nightmares I have been feeling hate for women. For me that just sounds impossible, they bear us with hardship, they feed us, they raise us, etc. To me they look like something fragile that should be handled with care and love (I know, I know there are tough/strong women, and that they are not different than men except in the flesh, this is just to explain why I can never feel hate toward them). Hating women is like hating your own mother and your sisters, that is a horrible disease of the heart.

I feel sad when women are led astray and misuse by society, leading them astray by their own vanity. but not all the blame is on one side only. Read this Suna Hero you say you are from Spain I am from Mex.

translations of poems are not the same; but here translator did a good job.

                            (English)

stubborn men that accuse women withouth reason. From Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz(12 November 1651 ? 17 April 1695)
                            Silly, you men-so very adept
                            at wrongly faulting womankind,
not seeing you're alone to blame
for faults you plant in woman's mind.

After you've won by urgent plea
the right to tarnish her good name,
you still expect her to behave?
you, that coaxed her into shame.

                            You batter her resistance down
                            and then, all righteousness, proclaim
                            that feminine frivolity,
not your persistence, is to blame.

When it comes to bravely posturing,
your witlessness must take the prize
you're the child that makes a bogeyman,
and then recoils in fear and cries.

                            Presumptuous beyond belief,
you'd have the woman you pursue
be Thais when you're courting her,
Lucretia once she falls to you.

For plain default of common sense,
could any action be so queer
as oneself to cloud the mirror,
then complain that it's not clear?

                            Whether you're favored or disdained,
                            nothing can leave you satisfied.
You whimper if you're turned away,
you sneer if you've been gratified.

                            With you, no woman can hope to score;
                            whichever way, she's bound to lose;
                            spurning you, she's ungrateful?
                            succumbing, you call her lewd.

Your folly is always the same
                            you apply a single rule
to the one you accuse of looseness
and the one you brand as cruel.

What happy mean could there be
for the woman who catches your eye,
                            if, unresponsive, she offends,
                            yet whose complaisance you decry?

Still, whether it's torment or anger?
and both ways you've yourselves to blame?
God bless the woman who won't have you,
no matter how loud you complain.

                            It's your persistent entreaties
that change her from timid to bold.
                            Having made her thereby naughty,
you would have her good as gold.

So where does the greater guilt lie
for a passion that should not be
with the man who pleads out of baseness
or the woman debased by his plea?

Or which is more to be blamed?
though both will have cause for chagrin
the woman who sins for money
or the man who pays money to sin?

So why are you men all so stunned
at the thought you're all guilty alike?
Either like them for what you've made them
or make of them what you can like.

If you'd give up pursuing them,
                            you'd discover, without a doubt,
you've a stronger case to make
against those who seek you out.

I well know what powerful arms
you wield in pressing for evil
                            your arrogance is allied
with the world, the flesh, and the devil!

As Example Arabia. don't take my word for it Read.

o a whole part of my history I knew nothing about but I doubt this has anything to do with the UK muslims being over zealous, most of the over zealous sunni muslims in UK are of Pakistani descent. peace

997 The Arabs of the desert are the worst in Unbelief and hypocrisy, and most fitted to be in ignorance of the command which Allah hath sent down to His Apostle But Allah is All-knowing, All-Wise.

Always wondered why that is translated this way when they Arabic just says 'the Arabs' ???

Sorry AYISHA if you don't know your own history the counties you know now did'n exist before the fall of the ottoman empire 18/19 century.

Naming the Arabs was just an example to portrait the image of the feed licking monarchies and dictators own by the west; most middle eastern muslims are westerners wannabes pakistanies are no different, so their hypocrite rulers put weight on their shoulder with their stupid laws in order to accelerate the process of self destroying islam. And if you tell them that they are corrupting the land, they will answer that they are only making things better.

Name a country in the middle east that its people is not wishing to be like the west and have what the west has, or be their allies/friends . though God says in the Qura'n that god will beautify the life of his enemies and forbids the muslim from desiring what he will give them. And God forbids the muslims from becoming allies of the unbelievers and helping them to kill their own brothers. Name one country.

True piety is not to prostrate to the east or to the west, but true piety is to obey the laws of the omnipotent, supreme ruler, creator of all that exist.

wow That is a great story there. Welcome brother. And don't feel embarrassed, you're only human after all, just like the rest of us, yeah? And now that you're on the right path, you can repent to God for your mistakes and keep holding firmly to your beliefs, let go of the past and move on forward, focus on your future. D God truly does guide people who seek the truth, like you did.

                                    Peace.

One thing I never understood is why is the Muslims in UK so extreme in their religion compared to Muslims in other countries ?

Interesting question. I am doing my dissertation on this at the moment. I can send it to you when I finish, if you like.

                                        Salam,

We would love to read the result of your work. Please do share it with us when you have finished.

                                        Thanks.

Identity crisis maybe? Not able to be British they look for an identity that seperates them from the British. Also many have lost link with their cultural Islam so they follow the fiqh more. And last its also Saudi influence and wahhabism in the UK.
