Now, can you show me any dictionary (link) that says "spouses" is not related to husband and wife, or marriages?

This is your biggest fault when intepreted my post.I will make clear now.

I never said if spouses not related to husbad-wife, marriage. But that time we talk about verse 235-6 (about private guard).

So I respong if this verses has not talking about marriage, the contexs is about zina preventing.

      Salam

Read again our main ssue, where did I mention about (235-6)?

I'm discussing about (7029-31) and it is you who diverted/jumping from one issue the other, and yet claiming that it is my biggest fault.

And those who guard their private parts <- ALL human beings have private parts, including homosexual
Except from their wives <- referring to marriages
or those their right hands possess
for indeed, they are not to be blamed
      But whoever seeks beyond that
      then they are the transgressors
      (7029-31)

We settle one issue at a time. We check the verses and discuss that later, though it is hard to say the context is about the prevention of zina.

      Secondly,

Now, can you show me any dictionary (link) that says "spouses" is not related to "husband or wife", or "marriages"?

I'm still waiting for the meaning of "spouses".

      Please provide me the links.

      Peace

There is also the question of what "hafadha farj" entails, means, encompasses.

There is also the question that in 23.5 there is a list of deeds for which people who do them will inherit al firdaws...

so, only those who do all of them will inherit, or will those who do all of them save one inherit and the good they do will not avail them anything?

Also, what is taken to mean ma malakat aymanuhum in aya 23.5?

          Salaam

No problem, it is just two hours flights and the tickets is cheap.

It doesn't matter if it refers to same gender marriage or etc.

It is irrelevant at this point of time.

What I wish to find out now is it referring to "marriages" according to the Qur'an.

If it is, can you agree that the verse is referring to "marriages" according to the Qur'an?

I'm originally rooted from Yemen, Hadhramaut and Palestine, which my great great grandfather make a hijrah to Indonesia for Da'wah, maybe before Islam came to Indonesia.

Okay we stop here, and you can continue by answering the following issue

Whether the verse in (7029-31) is referring to "marriages according to the Qur'an"

and you might also explain why you are saying the context of (235-6) is related to zina prevention.

Certainly will the believers have succeeded
They who are during their prayer
                                    humbly submissive
                                    And they who turn away
                                    from ill speech
                                    And they who are observant
                                    of zakah
                                    And they who guard
                                    their private parts
                                    Except from their wives
or those their right hands possess
for indeed, they will not be blamed
                                    But whoever seeks beyond that

                                    and their promises attentive

                                    Those are the inheritors

As you see, the verses in the Quran didn't follow the index by orders.I mean a verse in a surat, may have a continuations in another surat.

"Zena prevention" is my own term and yu may have your own
According to me, most of Quranic verses not talking about fiqh-fatwa but how to became a proper being.

Ok "zina prevention" term is almost leave the topic. So what we must discuss is homosexual is legal or not according to Quran.

                                        Salam

Okay, then we leave out other issue and focus on this question.

Okay we stop here, and you can continue by answering the following issue

Whether the verse in (7029-31) is referring to "marriages according to the Qur'an"

It doesn't matter if it refers to same gender marriage or etc.

It is irrelevant at this point of time.

                                        Peace.
