Imran,you know I am not interested in playing games,including those of chance. I avoid them.
Anyway, you can avoid just the devil if you want,
I avoid his "Rijs" that include "khamr" as well . By your logic you should not avoid gambling and the rest?

God bless you and yeh i always try to avoid devil but his tools are unable to avoid like laptop, mobile

this time the tool of lie is useless for devil
so he make me think of speaking truth and he successful this time by using the tool of truth
poor person lose his life and i will have aleast one virgin in heaven for speaking truth peace

But what if that somebody running away recently murdered innocent people and he's being hunted...and you lied to the hunters seeking justice? Then there wont be justice D . See its tricky

Maybe its better to stop both sides and turn to court, but how will one person protect the hunted from a mob until they can go to court? &
Ok, a person kills a serial killer who killed one of his family members, so he sought justice but it was outside court, but now hes hunted by people who accuse him of being a murderer who dont know he killed a serial killer. He runs by you and then mob comes and asks you where he went. While you think of answer, you dont know why hes being hunted, and you dont know if they are seeking justice or if its all misunderstood. You only know they want to kill that guy.
I think the best answer is to say "I dont know". But thats a lie too?

A few problems

The guy didnt go through court and bring evidence. Instead he sought justice himself. He knew that guy was the serialkiller as he witnessed the death of his family member. So only he knows who the serial killer is.
The mob thinks hes a murderer of an innocent person, so they begin hunting him to kill, without the court.
If you said you dont know, it would be a lie, but you prevented that an innocent man is killed for seeking justice the wrong way.
The innocent man can be charged for taking matters into his own hands without turning to court.
Even then, the innocent man must prove the serial killer was a serial killer, otherwise he can face death if serial killers family want justice by death of wrongly accused.

I think this issue happened because he didnt turn to the court, or atleast the people and tell them he is the serial killer.

The point though is, alcohol isnt haram.
