If something is defined as a sin in the Qur'an like idolatry, lying about what it teaches like what you're doing, or eating pork, then nobody is exempt from that just because they don't believe it or call themselves a Jew. Every single human and jinn will be judged according to Qur'anic rules because that's the true religion and the book God sent. Get it?

Food for the people of the book means "NO MEAT OF THE PIG".Leviticus 117-8 7And the pig, though it has a divided hoof, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. 8You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
