If something is defined as a sin in the Qur'an like idolatry, lying about what it teaches like what you're doing, or eating pork, then nobody is exempt from that just because they don't believe it or call themselves a Jew. That verse is talking about ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO WHAT WAS ALREADY STATED IN THE LAW.-Because of their insolense.The meat of pork was already forbidden before then.
You could also state-Kullu Al Taham Kana Hillen LiBani Israeel ...Illa Ma Harrama Israeel Ala Nafseehi....- All food was lawful to Beni Israeel except what Israeel forbade themselves- and say why no pork is mentioned here.
