With so many names and posts, I cannot keep up with which members are Allah/Qur-an Only people, that is, those individuals who utter no Allahu Akbar, believe in no ritual prayer nor support the concept in any way, believe in no tithing, no pilgrimage, no five pillars, reject the current shahada being used and, have abandoned the hadiths as a source of spiritual guidance, growth and development and for the establishing of Islamic jurisprudence. Thank you for your cooperation.
I'll be the first to put my name on this list. If I've made any errors as to where people stand, please let me know, thanks. Remember, this is NOT to divide people, but so I am clear on who maintains what position.
Thus far, some good debate has resulted from this and, as a member said recently, as the Allah and Qur-an only and alone movement grows, there will be division anyway...I think he is right.
In addition, Allah and Qur-an only and alone is the reality anyway, but is written as---obey Allah and obey the Messenger. When we obey the Messenger, what are we in fact obeying? exactly! we are obeying the MESSAGE--Al-Qur-an.

Like Marie pointed out in another thread, it is not right to call them Allah's arguments, they are your interpretations of the quran, or in your case...your mentor's interpretations. To call your interpretations/arguments being Allah's arguments is being egoistical and arrogant to the nth degree. No one holds the absolute truth except God. Thus any reasonable person would say, this is my interpretation though I might be wrong and God knows best. This is being humble.

You misunderstand me. I cannot take credit for what Allah has stated, that would be arrogant and egotistical. Allah, when He revealed Al-Quran, did not give us a book on how to build a atom smasher, He gave us a clear book on guidnace (guidance how to avoid Hell and gain Paradise), hence, the arguments towad that end are easy to understand. The problem has been gross mistranslations and following other things for guidance along with Al-Quran or exclusive of it. Ayat 6146, fr example, is an easy ayat to grasp. I could show this ayat to a 6th grader and he or she would get it right. Thufr--means claw--and that is the key, but that is not my knowledge, but Allah's knowledge, hence, I cannot take credit for it. Again, it was my mentors, Hamza and Nadia Abdul Malik, who introduced me to Allah's argument, so, none of the credit is mine.

Invite to the path of your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and argue with them with that which is better. Your Lord is fully aware of who is misguided from His path, and He is fully aware of the guided ones.

It may be good for our future - future generations or something.

Well I am GOD Alone and Quran Alone but I dont fall into what is described on the original post as being Quran Alone,the Question should have been Who Here Are Progressive Muslims(those described with the beliefs that was listed)? Because I do salaat,I believe in pilgrimage, and in other things some claim to be just allegory etc..so the question is tainted to PM's only view..which I dont claim to be,but neither am I a 19er or Mainstream Muslim either.Im simply a Muslim that follows the religion of Abraham(Islaam) by using and following to the best of my knowledge the Message that GOD sent by Muhammad-the Quran..
