    Salaam,

the foundation of Islam is this statement, There is No God, why then do Muslims continue to express belief in a God, have they failed to grasp the concept of God; Allah has no problem with the concept of God, and Allah has asked every Muslim to understand There is No God, before understanding any other idea, the very foundation of Islam, and this foundation is not understood.

If you would like to understand the foundation of Islam, and have a few minutes to spare to remove the Shirk of God, please have a read of the essay in the link below.

God bears witness that there is no god but He, as do the controllers, and those with knowledge, He is standing with justice. There is no god but Him, the Noble, the Wise.

All information is correct to the best of my knowledge only and thus should not be taken as a fact. One should always seek knowledge and verify for themselves when possible: 17:36, 20:114, 35:28, 49:6, 58:11.

The word 'Allah' is composed of/is a contraction of 'al' and 'illah'

            al = the
            illah = God

So literally, 'Allah' means 'the God'.

God bears witness (shahida Allahu) that (annahu) there is no god but He (la illaha illa huwa), as do the controllers and those with knowledge. He is standing with justice. There is no god but Him, the Noble, the Wise. (31

              Salaam Elke,

I agree with you the second part of the Shahada is not really anything to do with the Shahada, Muhammad would never have said the second part, it would have been added afterwards, so it has no relevance in truth, as you point out, I could remove the reference to it altogether but it is the commonly recognised form.

If this was the only small point you found wrong, and we can agree on this also, you maybe interested in reading other concepts presented within the servant of the light.

              Salaam Progressive1993,

the point you raise is well explained within the essay, did you not read the essay in full?

?Allah is really not a word. It is combination of words, or in English part of a sentence. The issue is how Arabic script was written. Common belief is that Arabic script is written as cursive.

The English language is Cursive, however, in English word separation is indicated by space. In contrast Arabic script can join words, but uses certain signs to indicate word separation. These are called Jezm and Sukoon
Gezm is used to indicated declinable words attached to other words.
Sukoon indicates a non Mutherick consonant in a non-declinable word.

Words can be joined together as well. This joining is indicated by Teshdeed. This is the case with Allah.? Dr Badar Kanwar

I will explain why Allah is not God, as a shortened concept.

A God is an outside force, a personification that controls the universe, so requires outside of yourself worship, and demonstrates absolutely no physical evidence so requires blind faith, this God is the Christian, Jewish model, nothing to do with Islam.

Allah or not God emanates every atom of creation, from the inside out, this means you can only transform yourself from the inside out, so worshipping outside of yourself would be pointless, praying would be pointless, as Allah is closer than your jugular vein, there is no separation.

To understand the true nature of Allah, read ?Supreme Existence?, and ?Transfinite Consciousness?, posted on servant of the light.

Reading your essay = agreeing with your view

To me, 'Allah' = 'the God', or simply 'God'.

A God is an outside force, a personification that controls the universe, so requires outside of yourself worship, and demonstrates absolutely no physical evidence so requires blind faith, this God is the Christian, Jewish model, nothing to do with Islam.

You are right about the blind faith. God doesnt need anything - it is we who are in need to keep the salat and pray to God. Just because God is not like many traditionalists believe Him to be like, it doesnt mean that He is something way, way... different from what traditionalists think.

Allah or not God emanates every atom of creation, from the inside out, this means you can only transform yourself from the inside out, so worshipping outside of yourself would be pointless, praying would be pointless, as Allah is closer than your jugular vein, there is no separation.

I think you take 'Allah is closer to you than your jugular veins' too literally. Allah knows what is in our hearts/minds/brains. He knows our innermost thoughts and our intentions. He is 'closer to us than our jugular veins', due to his knowledge.

To understand the true nature of Allah, read Supreme Existence, and Transfinite Consciousness, posted on servant of the light.

Your view/concept of Allah is interesting - I might have a look at those.

                          Salaam,

The concept "Allah (Not God)" is in direct opposition to any concept of ?GOD?, as the proof of physical evidence based science makes clear, there is not a duality of a God and ?a separate universe?, ONLY Allah (Not God) exists, being the out pouring of the tension of the single overarching dichotomy.

The meaning of the concept of Allah (Not God) constitutes the basis of Islam and must be understood

NOT ?There is no God; there is only God,? which is obviously, wholly simple-minded.

The fundamental state of a person who attained the Truth is his removal from faith as a basis, since one need not have "faith", a state of ignorance, in what is already apparent!

?There is No faith, there is only firm belief established through reason.?

?There is No Worship, there is only submission and servitude.? Meaning we must work for the transformation of humanity, not the pointless worship to a sky god.

?There is No religion, there is only deen or erudition of existence (Guidance and comprehension, originating from the singular consciousness, discernible within the text of the Qur?an (Divine energy))?

?There is No following blindly, there is only searching out the truth?.

We have been created for knowledge alone.

Allah (Not God) has no beginning and Allah (The out pouring of the tension generated from the single overarching dichotomy) has no ending. Allah (Not God) is the Evident in Allah?s Attributes and the Hidden in Allah?s Nature. And Allah is the Knower of all things. (Time and Space are Allah?s (Not Gods) creation, the totality of which is beyond the grasp of human intellect). (Surah 573 )

Such conceptions are present within Christianity and Judaism. The correct interpretation of the book of Revelation is a preterist one, which ends with God being present fully within creation. For a good primer on how modern Christian and Jewish scholars have addressed, read anything by Rabbi Mordecai Kaplan or "Honest to God" by Bishop JAT Robinson.

                            Peace,
                            Joel

                                  Salaam Munzir,

it seems you yourself, believe the same thing, as you say God, which is defined as a supernatural being, that is invoked through prayer and requires adoration and worship?

Your statement is ironic, you're saying in effect, 'that's the funny thing. People think that a personification has a human form.'. Of course people think a God has a human form, that?s the concept of a God, a man made construct that was manufactured to confuse the ignorant, and self deluded, this is clear from the Islamic model, of Not God, or Allah as its written in Classical Arabic.

Now I think of the almighty having no form. The almighty exists without a form (since having a form implies being created right?) knows all, infinite power, infinite everything................it's how we're here.

                                      Salaam Meteora,

I noticed you were careful to avoid the God word, the foundation of Islam is there is No God, simple, and clear, I have an interest in theoretical physics, I research and consider, if you ignore the contrived and ridiculous plagiarised ideas of Einstein, who forms the basis of conventional physics, a picture of creation emerges, one that makes clear the true nature of creation.

Everything within all realities is manifest instant by instant from the inside out, this is without doubt, this being the case, God is the direct opposite concept in form to Allah, hence the need for the Shahada, only the confusion of the religious has replaced these concepts, to form religion.

If you would like to read these ideas of physics, firstly I would recommend ?Supreme Existence.?, then ?Transfinite Consciousness.?, if you enjoy reading these, there are plenty more on the site.

                                        bah...too complicated/not that interested.

Hey and also...the hadith pretty much depicts God as something that has a human form!

(God showing his leg on the day of judgement is in the hadith) - contradicts the Quran saying when allah made himself manifest, mountains melted and moses fainted. He couldn't even see him, and allah did not have a form either.

(hadith says God created adam in his image) - again another retarded concept from the bible

Allah has "hands" according to the hadith and other nonsense.

Hadith has in it the "God" of Christianity and Judaism.

                                          Salaam Meteora,

you are correct, and should consider why we have a Shahada at all, if God is God, it would not be required, I'm glad to see you use the concept Allah, not God, this is correct, the Christian's, Jews, Zoroastrian?s, Hindu's, Etc. may keep their Gods, Idol, worship, faith, rituals, dogma, Hadith, prayer, superstitions, miracles and virgins births, their sovereign priests, their barbaric justice, I will only accept the truth, so Islam free of all religion is the wise path.

Its a shame you refuse to read, we are after all made for knowledge, but as you wish, I wrote transfinite consciousness and then discovered Ibn Arabi had explained the same ideas, over 750 years ago, that to me is impressive, Islam existed once, it could exist again if people understood the real meaning of the Shahada.
