Members Comments on Formal Debate on Abrogation in Quran

Yep, Th1, if this is the way you debate, it is unacceptable on this board. You still have a chance to go and reply to the debate.
-
wow what a dance! So in order to ask a question to LEARN about a subject from one who CLAIMS to have knowledge, one must first LEARN the subject. ???
Well, learn is something Normal, if someone came to you and said many eggs I need to make a cake ? are you going to answer without knowing what kind of cake ? or are you just going to answer ?
-
Why don't you list what cakes you know how to make and tell him the secret recipe for the number of eggs therein.
Afraid of egg on face are you?
-
Aha, I understand now , everyone in this website doesn't know about the abrogate , wooww . You guys wanted the answer, hahahah, you will not take it , so keep dreaming . You don't even understand the verses, the abrogate will just make a headache for the rest of your life . rotfl yay
Well, don't need to shout and said that AQ is the winner , people are not ignorance like you .
you entered the debate because you claimed to have knowledge you obviously dont have and are STILL claiming you DO.
You have not answered the question yet even though its been asked over 6 times.
Now you come laughing hahah you guys wanted the answer? ??? Why does anyone ASK A QUESTION if not to GET AN ANSWER, of course unless the one is asking YOU who has NEVER answered a question because you HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE
Now IF you still claim to know the answer and understand the verses that we are too ignorant to understand, you DUTY as a muslim is to EDUCATE us in the knowledge you CLAIm to have, CORRECT?? you are not to withhold knowledge about Islam to those that ask, CORRECT?

I have not the right to answer him , did you read the verse of the surah Ghafer . You're claiming that you're following Quran alone, so read the verse .

stupid analogy
you dont need to know WHICH abrogated verses to ask how many abrogated verses. he has already said he KNOWS about abrogation just doesnt believe it.
Go answer the question, how many

Yes, correct now you're talking in a good way . It is my duty to answer someone but the subject is too complicated, he needs some backgrounds about it and some basics, he does not believe in it, so why he wants the answer .
The abrogate is mentioned in Quran but he didn't believe in it . Is that make sense why he wants an answer ? No .
It's like lashing a dead horse . he wants the numbers , then he will ask bring them , then why , then how , then what for, then Quran is not God's words because the subject is too complicated .
-
Th1, why don't you admit that you're very scared to answer the question. What does it matter if I believe in it or not? If you answer how many, we can discuss 2/106 and 16/101 (u forgot to mention that ayah, hehe).

stupid analogy
The stupid analogy I have ever read is yours about onions , it was a british joke.
you dont need to know WHICH abrogated verses to ask how many abrogated verses. he has already said he KNOWS about abrogation just doesnt believe it.
Go answer the question, how many
I'm talking about knowing what kind of cake and I means knowing what is the abrogation and it's recipe, that he does not know .
-

Exactly. So there is no point in silly arguments like "You don't know about it, so I won't answer your questions."
I am starting to wonder whether the reformer ever had any sort of formal education. The sort of reasoning he's been using here would be entirely unacceptable in school or university. confused

All you have to do is say a number of how many. If he needs later clarification then you can DISCUSS that. right now all he is asking is HOW MANY. Complicated subject or not, how many is NOT a complicated question is it? he does not believe but maybe YOUR answer and discussion can HELP him 'believe' angelThe abrogate is mentioned in Quran but he didn't believe in it . Is that make sense why he wants an answer ? No .
the abrogation IS mentioned in Quran, nobody is disputing that fact, the question is HOW MANY and YOU are an expert in HOW MANY so he is asking YOU.It's like lashing a dead horse . he wants the numbers , then he will ask bring them , then why , then how , then what for, then Quran is not God's words because the subject is too complicated .
that is what a DEBATE is about. 2 people, each with different VIEWS on something who DEBATE by answering each others questions. Now he has answered at least 2 of yours and you still have not answered his original ONE.
-

Really ? well, this reasoning has helped me, believe it or not .
-
OK, I'm going to answer his question. He asked how many , I'm going to give him the number and the second it will my question . Ok?
-
The stupid analogy I have ever read is yours about onions , it was a british joke.
it was closer in meaning to your cake. ;DI'm talking about knowing what kind of cake and I means knowing what is the abrogation and it's recipe, that he does not know .
he is asking how many abrogated verses THATS ALL. he is not asking why or how, which may get complicated for YOU as you will then need to answer on the recipe. At the moment he is asking 'shall I make a cake' and you are saying you need to know what cake before you answer.

Well ladies, do you wish to treat him, or are bent upon making him fit to be sent to lunatic assylum, for electric shocks. Just forgive him. He is suffering from some phschological problems. Please don't aggravate his psycho condition.
Look who is talking, the one who likes distorting the words of God, you're not in front of me, you'll see my response by acts .
-
Really ? well, this reasoning has helped me, believe it or not .
Yeah, it has helped you to stay within your own version of reality and never take into consideration facts or opinions outside of your scope of experience / understanding.
Anyway ... now that we have established that your assumption aq doesn't know about abrogation was wrong, can you just go back and answer the question about the number of abrogated ayat?
I'd prefer to read a serious debate rather than the usual "haha, you know nothing, I know everything but won't tell you." That's not what most of us are here for.
nope
