Even though Rashad Khalifa's translation is correct and the one I use, I'm not using it this time for the sole purpose that nobody here can claim translation bias. So, I used Marmaduke Pickthall.

Those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture and the idolaters could not have left off (erring) till the clear proof came unto them,

Containing correct scriptures.
Nor were the People of the Scripture divided UNTIL AFTER the clear proof came unto them.
And they are ordered naught else than to serve Allah, keeping religion pure for Him, as men by nature upright, and to establish worship and to pay the poor-due. That is true religion.It is clear in these verses that the people of the scripture (Jews, Christians, Muslims) did not dispute until AFTER the clear proof (of the Quran) was revealed to them. Since, Muhammad did not come with any miracles, we know the proof must refer to the Quranic initials and the math miracle. As well, 982 says it is a Messenger of GOD that is reading these now 'purified pages'. Now, you cannot purify something that is already pure. You are right and Rashad did not know too but he designed that table without knowing that such complicated Miracle is embedded inside it but he was sure of his table when in appendix 24 clearly claims that table is right and then he wrote those numbers on every chapter of his translation.
You can gather whole world Mohammedans scholars and guess about orders which was burnt with Original Quran but nobody can desig such table unless by support and inspiration of superhuman.

The Quran Consummates All Scriptures
When this scripture came to them from GOD, and even though it agrees with, and confirms what they have, and even though they used to prophesy its advent when they talked with the disbelievers, when their own prophecy came to pass, they disbelieved therein. GOD's condemnation thus afflicts the disbelievers.Miserable indeed is what they sold their souls for - rejecting these revelations of GOD out of sheer resentment that GOD should bestow His grace upon whomever He chooses from among His servants. Consequently, they incurred wrath upon wrath. The disbelievers have incurred a humiliating retribution.

As for those who have a disease in their hearts, they will follow what is similar from it seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except God, and those who are well founded in knowledge; they say We believe in it, all is from our Lord. And none will remember except those who possess intelligence.

1- Mohkam aayaats are Umm-AlKitaab .
2- Mutashabih aayaats means you enjoin those to anyone, anywhere in any context you like. It gives you similar meaning to what you are trying to prove.

Who is the HE here, one could say it is Ali, some say it is Mehdi, some say Ghulam Ahmed Qaadiyani, I could say It me, you could say its you, etc...
3- Those who have disease in their hearts follow what is Mutashabih , to find 'Confusion' and try to get 'Interpretation' of it.
4- Only Allah knows the interpretation of those Mutashabih aayaats.
5- Those who are well knowledgeable they say, they believe in them, all is from our Lord.
I suggest you sincerely brother to keep yourself away from what you don't understand YOURSELF from AlQuraan. There is nothing personal. A humble suggestion is to be honest to yourself and ask Allah for the TRUE GUIDANCE, He is the all Listener and Knower.
