Fear of death make many subconsciously cling to an external god. But nothing will happen at death, except yourself. You are the paradox that is God. Remove all external gods from your mind.
MEDITATE ON I am a paradox, death, and there are no external gods.
There is just the one internal God, We, all consciousness and life. The one force, that created all, and arranges all.

That guy was not utterly ignorant as many people are on this forum. I wonder where this guy went.

This guy spoke the partial truth (he was not entirely right but good standing), those who fail will experience Gehennom, i.e. they will be forced to relive in recurring cycles in bodies, while the successful will get rid of their bodies and be malekat (which is Rulers/Controllers/Regents). The right portion from his perspective was that he said "You are the paradox that is God" and Remove all external gods from your mind.
Shame this guy is not here anymore. I could speak to him and make him my disciple.
What he called "paradox" I call contradiction, but then I refer to the world itself.

I get a bit annoyed on here too sometimes. I don't like when people seem to get obsessed about stupid seeming irrelevant things instead of spreading good messages and stuff. Like I still don't know what the big deal is with the flat earth thing as if that will help anyone in life. How many wasted words when they would have perhaps gained some merit saying to be good to people or whatever, but instead that the Earth is Flat, which is like an idol, not able to profit them or anything, totally pointless to argue about.
If the Earth is Flat or the Earth is any other shape, all we deal with is our lives and all we have a chance to do is either what is good or what is bad, and no matter the shape of what we stand on, there is much suffering and much opportunity to for compassion and mercy therefor. If I smiled at someone and thanked them or helped a worm on a flat earth or a round earth, I don't think it would matter, except an earth that is shaped like a hammock might keep my good deeds in place in the middle rather than slipping off the planet.

Well, I cannot say I can empirically prove that the Earth is round because I basically lack the equipment and first-hand experience, but by studying available academic resources I personally tend to trust that the Earth is round in my own little realm. I have seen no indications that the Earth would be flat to be honest. It sounds a bit overambitious on the conspiracy front to claim the Earth to be flat considered all the technology that is online all over the Earth and satellites in the skies and that ISS space station somewhere in orbit of the planet which people can aim their telescopes at to empirically prove it is up there. Then to say there is no gravity but it is an invented claim, but what the heck is keeping their feet on the ground?
I have personally owned satellite receiver equipment and I am relatively knowledgeable on how the technology works and I know for sure that the signal is reflected by the disc onto the LNB and it communicates using microwaves, and the signal clearly comes from the sky and not some tower somewhere. I am that technically gifted that I can tell the signal stems from the sky that I receive using that disc.
Jamming equipment, that some governments use, disturbs the microwaves in the skies that the signal is jammed and cannot be picked up by the receiver equipment.
But if I am still wrong then I must congratulate the conspiracy makers for making a perfect delusion. But I would still wonder about the large video panels above our heads that play scenes from Star Wars of outer space.

Yeah, I even asked them a few times what the point would be to lie this much, like if their agenda is to turn people away from God, how does a round Earth or lying about stuff in space accomplish that? Spending trillions of dollars to lie on something so stupid?
