The Quran Quiz

Salaam bro,
I gave 2 reasons why I think they said that
- The malaika simply did not understand why this new creature who will cause corruption and sheds blood will be placed on earth.
- The malaika had other "feelings" about Adam which they hided
I guess with the question they wanted clarification and to relieve their "hearts".

Peace Bender, mmkhan.
Let s see what you make of the following explanation
GOD knew that some humans will take this chance to repent and redeem themselves back to His kingdom. The Angels on the other hand wanted GOD to " banish all humans " for their rebellion prior to this physical creation.( Original sin).
GOD is Merciful, so Merciful that He created all this for the purpose of very few Jinns and humans who deserve salvation.
The rebellion happened before the creation of this physical life. " The feud in the high heaven".
" Shall We just ignore the fact that you transgressed the limits?" GOD reminds us about our rebellion many times in Qoran.
" You know about the first creation, don t you remember" for example.
Peace.

Salaam,
You are welcome brother. Let me ask a question.
230
230 And when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."
My question is what makes malaaika respond in such a way when Allah said them about making a Khalifa in earth?Peace forum members,
The angels responded that way because they were concerned how this new creation would effect them, they are the caretakers, the workers, and were satisfied glorifying the throne. The angels wanted to understand why they were getting added duties. Allah responded "I know what you do not know." Afterwards the angels were impressed with the creation of adam when adam told them the names, removing all doubts except Iblis.
They said, "Be You glorified, we have no knowledge, except that which You have taught us. You are the Omniscient, Most Wise."
He said, "O Adam, tell them their names." When he told them their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of the heavens and the earth? I know what you declare, and what you conceal."
When we said to the angels, "Fall prostrate before Adam," they fell prostrate, except Satan; he refused, was too arrogant, and a disbeliever.
Afterwards the angels submitted and carried out their duties precisely as directed
The angels are amazing beings who from day one has had our backs praise to Allah! The angels prostrated/agreed to serve us, and later asks Allah for our forgiveness
The heavens above them almost shatter, out of reverence for Him, and the angels praise and glorify their Lord, and they ask forgiveness for those on earth. Absolutely, GOD is the Forgiver, Most MercifulNothing wrong with asking a question

Salaam all,
Thank you for all answers. But I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied with the answers given, I will add my answer here with the permission of my TheCreator.

And when your Lord said to the angels, Indeed, I will make upon the earth a Khalifa. Please take a look at the following to understand what Khalifa means.

1959 But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil -faKhalafa is translated above as but there came after

4360 And if We willed, We could have made of you angels succeeding on the earth. If Allah willed, He would have made Malaaika as Khalifa on earth. What does this mean, it shows clearly that when we are living on earth Allah would have replaced us with Malaaika on earth. This is what happened with Malaaika.
They were living on earth and Allah decided to replace them with us on earth, when He said, he is going to make a Khalifa on earth. Now look at the aayat again.

230 And when your Lord said to alMalaaika, "Indeed, I will replace you with someone upon the earth" They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."Answer Malaaika asked that question out of curiosity, that why Allah wanted to replace us with the ones who causes corruption in earth and sheds blood and we praise and sanctify Allah. Allah responded, I know that which you do not know.

You will have a problem with the verses that remind the humans about your past life and rebellion?
I am sure you are aware of them. Otherwise let me know and I will list them for you.
Or Do you have a better explanation for these verses?
Peace.

Salaam,

I think your question is wrong. You should ask who is that alRasool, because he it is clear in your question itself that he is the messenger of the king. )
