ok dont kill the messenger, this is just a thought.

well I got married in 2013 and we are really happy with each other, but I look forward for a big family with many kids and few wives in my possession, and I personally dont see it wrong because Quraan supports it, and if Quraan is supporting some thing, it cant be wrong or against nature.

    what are your thoughts?

is this disgusting and wrong thought?

What evidence are you using to say the Qur'an supports polygamy. If it does, what conditions must be met for polygamy. Which is the default or promoted relationship in the Qur'an (monogamy of course). answer these questions. Also what are your reasons for wanting multiple wives? Your wife then equally has a right to marry multiple men, no?

      Peace

        Qur'an 43

"And if you fear that you cannot act equitably towards orphans, then marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four; but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one or what your right hands possess; this is more proper, that you may not deviate from the right course. "

        Apologetic claims regarding 43

"....marry such women as seem good to you, two and three and four; but if you fear that you will not do justice (between them), then (marry) only one..."

first reason behind my question/thought was that, I am confident to do justice to all.

my reason to have multiple wives is to have big family and providing many more muslim-momeen to world.

Quran doesn't allows multiple men for woman, so this question is not worth to reply.

You've been married for less than a year and already looking for other women? That's just disgraceful to say the least. I'm not surprised that you refer to women as 'possession' in your post; many polygamous men see women as mere objects in their possession. Remember that none of your kids nor any of your possession will be able to save you in the Hereafter

"Neither their children nor their wealth will benefit them at all against God. They will be inhabitants of the Hellfire; they will abide therein forever" -

no I am not looking for another woman, but more wives, which is inline with Islam and Quraan.

I have never said I am not happy with my wife or I want to leave her, she is so wonder I can ever dream about a woman.she is perfect spouse and perfect momeena.

and btw why are you posting ayat which is meant for kuffars? how is it against god to have more wife?

as far as word "possession" is concern, pick up any English Quraan and you will see same word is written, in this regards.

            The Quran, chapter 4 (An-Nisa), verse 24
            ?
And (also forbidden are) all married women except those whom your right hands possess (this is) Allah's ordinance to you,
and lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication.
Then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.
            ? translated by M. H. Shakir

            PS-

refrain from posting more non sense until you understand whole subject of this thread.

this has already been dealt with hundreds of times and more than that jusy a few days ago.

may be furtger messages coul be added to that thread if the moderators see it fit?

              all the answers are there.

other than that i agree that if the initiator of the thread wants bigger family his wife can also contribute marryin a few more husbands. that shoul be splendid and not give the awful impression of a cock in the poultry yard for the poor overburdened lone husband.

              salaam

woman is not allowed to marry more husbands by Quraan, so this is a rubbish argument.

but any ways seems this is a wrong place to ask sensitive questions.

depends from where you come from, for you this is hen and cock analogy, for me this is lion and lionesses analogy, perfectly supported and respected in nature.

so this is my last post on this thread.

unless people think and look upon prophet life they wont be able to understand Quraan properly.

Haha I find this amusing. Why do you state that it's rubbish women can't marry multiple men? Don't assign to Allah what Allah has NOT said. Show a verse in the Qur'an which prohibits women to marry multiple men. If you can do that then well done. If not, do not attribute to Allah what is untrue.

I'm sorry why do we have to look at the prophets so-called life? If you wish to trust hadith written hundreds of years after his death, then go for it. Equally if you reckon the Qur'an is not fully detailed and EASY to understand then also go for it and find other sources, you'll be held accountable - no one else. I don't understand how people can't understand the simplicity of it all and want to over complicate things because of their mindset that doesn't agree on certain things or their preconceived notions...

                  Peace

                      Very disgusting man.
polygyny is indeed degrading to women especially in nowadays world where men to women ratio is almost 11.

I agree and I don't. I reckon polygamous relationships would only be in exceptional circumstances but I agree that it can be degrading to women.

                        Monogamous all the way!!!

Might aswell close this thread down if op doesn't want to discuss further.

People here do not hate Prophet but why do freaking Sunnis and Shias keep using the Prophet's lives arguments to satisfy their lusts? If you want a big family, do it with your one wife alone.
In this modern world, there have been many technologies that can make a women easily pregnant and also get twins. Also, look at verse 3350, this verse says that the commandment in this verse is only for Prophet and not for other believers.

If you want to have four wives at one time and screw them to freaking get many children, you are just insulting and degrading women by making them like birth machines and private sex dolls.

This is a non-denominational Islamic forum so do not expect us to give answers in accordance to Sunni and Shia doctrines which often degrade women as lowly creature that must cover from head to toe to honor themselves. What the heck.

It is common in Qur'an translations to translate 43 to condone polygamy. There are a few Quran translations that translate 43 to marry OFF instead of marry.

But even if the 43 is to allow polygyny, look at the first sentence. It is only to help orphans, it is not about making women as personal sex dolls and birth machines.

I hope your current wife would realise that she is having a "husband" that wants more.

Burn your male-chauvinist ego and have some respect to female gender.

"Allah" is an Arabic word for one God so please use God instead of Allah in English.

When a verse refers to disbelievers or hypocrites, the description of these people inform us of the qualities and behaviour that are disliked by God. Your mentality of increasing your children and growing your possession fits perfectly with the verse, so you should consider how much you are earning the anger of God. I suggest that if you are already bored with your wife having married her only a few months ago, divorce her today instead of pondering under the pretense of fair play; this will avoid worse problems in the future.

so, is it your assertion that trolls are prevented by nature to have phone numbers? i have never heard of that.

no, but trolls dont have balls to prove what they say, just like you.

but any ways on serious note, find a job.
