Just explain me WHY according to Quran kaffirs and idol worshippers should burn in hell just because they didnt not believe in divinity of islam?
Why person is condemned to hell according to his beliefs and not his actions and good deeds?

I share your opinion, that belief / tradition / culture / religion should not be 'judged' or deserved a 'punishment'. It is his/her 'character' that count.

That's why those who are "destined to hell" varies according to which point of view that you subscribed to.Cursing (in this case to hell) of the enemy is the first stage, it is commonly called as "Demonization".
The next stage is an act of aggression towards them. The demonization shall act as justification (Casus Belli) to gain wide support from the populace for the act of aggression.You can witness the behavioral pattern above still very much alive and active today.

So a person can call themselves a muslim and still do wrong doesn?t mean because they say they?re muslim they're going to heaven. Similarity just as someone who may not call themselves a muslim doesn?t mean they're going to hell.

Bold Same here in fact i am very sure that it is the Quranic definition that Allah/God has prescribed in the Revelation. Besides kafir is NOT a label as tradition from Hislam (Hadith Islam) but a behavior described in Qur'an.

There are many verses that warn us about wavering between Iman and kufr like
386, 390 ,3100...etc. Can be corrected 389, 3102...etc. i.e One has to be wary until death really in case they revert/fluctuate.

I tend to agree with this, especially when looking at Abraham's dad as case study.
Abe's dad (some say his name is Terah) main profession is idol industry.
He created idols which symbolize a deity, and the myth / story associated with it.
It will then be used as some kind of amulet that people can either carry around or stored in a 'sacred' place.
The story then can be furtherly expanded by the 'market', thus created a structure of organized religion around the deity, complete with priest, temple, mantra & hymn.When he's doing was exposed by his own son (No wonder since Abe witness the entire lifecycle of idol from ideation / storyline creation, prototype, production, marketing and sales) Terah knew very well what was being said by his son is indeed true, yet he decided to 'cover' it.
We now have better word for it, it is called "Scam" and those who practiced it as "Scammer".

I also think people do it because they're socially and emotionally attached and brainwashed into thinking others are elite so they must follow a particular law and order. The aggression can cause fear which can make people comply with particular wishes, even if maybe they don't agree with it. People tend to not want to be an outcast.

Lets say a person read quran in details, but his still does not believe in its divinity, does it mean he should burn in hell?

First of all what sort of opinion you personally hold in GOD and in His system for men to live and in His creations? Are you DENIER (KAFIR) of GOD? My strong view in life is that I(each individual) only know who I am ? and no other mortal knows me... Don?t put the concern THEY before YOU? GOD questions every individual? coz GOD has given each soul a kind of understanding of GOD by birth? that?s undeniable? that?s why God repeats in all His books ? ? ONLY God Guides? He knows who will accept His guidance (whatever the mode ; books, with tests, with disease, through people, etc.)
No one is weak to understand who the creator of everything? otherwise it will be very unfair from GOD to punish the human in Hell for not knowing who the GOD is.? It?s not quran or other books merely.. it?s His creations what we observe and perceive around us? coz there will be billions of people in this world living without knowing what is quran or torah or Injeel etc.. For your much concerned question(why deniers are punished?) please take the example of traffic rules and violation? You may drive a car in a highway till your destination without harming anyone, but you would have violated all major traffic rules.. Will you be penalized for that or not nevertheless you didn?t kill or injure anyone or property.. But you knew there were traffic rules but you didn?t take them as a big deal..coz you thought you are good enough to handle your car.. but will it restrict you from violations on the road common to every user of the road? NO? But if another drove to his destination taking care of all traffic rules and still he reached his destination with ease.. Will he require to be penalized? NO.. coz he obeyed the rules in his mind and respected them and put it into practice ?.
ANSWER IS SIMPLE? BELIEVERS AND DENIERS BOTH LIVE IN THIS VERY WORLD ? SUPPOSE, BOTH BELIEVERS AND DENIERS DIDN?T HARM ANYONE AND LIVED PEACEFULLY UNTILL DEATH.. BUT WHAT DIFFERENCE IT MADE IS BELIEVERS KEPT THE FAITH ON GOD AND HIS SYSTEM BUT NOT THE DENIERS? same as above traffic violation..
In everything what man creates there is system and manuals how to deal with what man created? So, is it not fair if GOD create His system and give His manual to us to follow? Even after reading His manual, if you think you don?t need His manuals and you feel self sufficient, then you are a damn DENIER? OR if after all the predicaments we go through in life and the impetus we get from GOD every moment in life is not making you a believer in supernatural power, then you are doomed? Coz God knows who deserve His guidance?

Lastly in world system of rules, there is punishment for DENIERS of it ? will you ask why the DENIERS are punished? Everyone loves if those punishments are properly implemented and executed?
