    Peace be upon you,

    The words of the God never run out. This book called "Koran" has a beginning and END.

    That which is to be read, the reading (quran), is the universal law (Al Kitaab). The universe has no ends.

      There are numerous verses in the Quran - the book, which make it clear that Quran is book. The meaning of 'Quran' might be reading, but in this instance its a noun, a title of a book.

          No i dont mind

          Why do they not study the Quran carefully? If it were from other than GOD, they would have found in it numerous contradictions.

          When the Quran is recited, you shall listen to it and take heed, that you may attain mercy.

          And when Our clear revelations are recited to them, those who do not wish to meet Us said "Bring a Quran other than this, or change it!" Say "It is not for me to change it from my own accord, I merely follow what is inspired to me. I fear if I disobey my Lord the retribution of a great day!"

          This Quran could not possibly be authored by other than GOD. It confirms all previous messages, and provides a fully detailed scripture. It is infallible, for it comes from the Lord of the universe.

          We have revealed it an Arabic Quran, that you may understand.

          We narrate to you the most accurate history through the revelation of this Quran. Before this, you were totally unaware.

            Peace be upon you Jaxal,

            That which is to be read is the universal law(al kitaab). There are statements that are made about life, they are "quran". Those that come from the God are the God's reading(quran). You can think of the God's reading as "truth".

            So do they not consider the reading? And if (it) were from at other than God, they would have found in it much difference/disagreement/contradiction.

            When truth comes, study it to see if it can be verified.

            And if the reading(truth) is read, so hear/listen to it and listen quietly, maybe/perhaps We have mercy upon you.

            Explains itself.

            And if Our signs are read/recited on them, those who do not hope/expect meeting Us said "Come/bring with a reading other than that or exchange/replace it ." Say "(It) is not to me that I exchange/replace it from my self/spontaneously/willingly that I follow except what is inspired/revealed to me, that I fear if I disobeyed my Lord (from) a great day's torture."

            When truth is recited, the rejectors wish you say something else. For example, the smokers will wish yuo dont tell them not to smoke, that it damages thier lungs.

            And this the reading(truth) is not that it be fabricated from (by) other than The God, and but confirmation (of) what (is) between his hands, and detailing/explaining The Book(universal Law) , no doubt/suspicion in it, from the Lord of the knowledgeable.

            Verifyable truth explains universal law.

            Surely We descended it a clear reading, maybe/perhaps you reason/comprehend

            We narrate on you the best narration, with what We inspired/transmitted to you, this the reading(truth) , and you were from before it from the ignoring/neglecting.

            It is not until verifyable truth comes to you that you grow.

            You can send more examples if you want Jaxal.

              Well, what you MIGHT have been right IF the word used was truth/ Haq. But thats not the word used by Allah. It says QURAN. not HAQ.

                Peace be upon you Jaxal,

                I am sorry I confused you the way I wrote it.

                "quran" = statements

                verifyable statements = "haqq"

                I hope that clarifies it for you.

                  You didnt confuse me before, but NOW you have

                  "quran" = statements

                  Quran = a Book from God

                  verifyable statements = "haqq"

                  Haq = Truth

                  Even putting that aside, 'Haq' is not what the verses use, its 'Quran'.

                    Quran = a Book from God

                    Books are written by men. TRUTH comes through men from the God. A statement or series of statements , weather spoken or written down are "quran". Statements(quran) that are verifyable are described as Truth(Haqq), and these are the ones that are from the God. Which leads us to the verse;

                    So do they not consider the reading? And if (it) were from at other than God, they would have found in it much difference/disagreement/contradiction.

                    Correct. I hope you will take the time to consider what is being tied together.

                        Peace be upon you Saladin,

                        Thanks for joining the conversation D

                        then ,in your opinion, what is the Koran(the book we call "Koran/Quran")?

                        As with any statement or group of statements that re either spoken or written(quran), I listen to it and attempt to verify it. So far have verified much of it to be truth(haqq). Therefore those portions are from the God. There are parts I have yet to understand, so I will not speak on them yet. As a whole, since I do not understand 100% of it, I cant say it is from the God, yet. But I GUESS that sooner or later I will verify it is all from the God. But the God's words never run out, and I do not limit he God's words to 114 chapters, so I see guidance in other statements(quran) as well. Of course, we are told "Trust in what was descended upon you AND THOSE BEFORE YOU". So anyone who holds on only to this book that people have given the title "Koran" are not following what the book says. Others take this and trust in the bible thinking there is no other writing besides the bible that are "BEFORE US". The stories of virgin births and resurections come from a much older reading.

Some writings are compiled into books. Our duty to to listen to ALL OPINIONS, then follow the best(meaning the verifyable statements). This book (called by people Koran) is an opinionthat must be listened to an verified, as with ALL readings. Those hat we verify we follow, those we dont, we discard. Those that verify are from the God, those that dont are not. D

                                    peace idolfree1, all
                                    when i first started reading quran i used to get confused while reading verses such as

                                    We have revealed it an Arabic Quran, that you may understand.

                                    Why do they not study the Quran carefully? If it were from other than GOD, they would have found in it numerous contradictions.

                                    quran was not compiled/collected as a book before all the 114 suras were revealed. so while studying 122/482/7204 etc if we take the word "quran" for a book it will confuse us sinse at the time of the revelation of these verses there was no book, it used to confuse me and I agree with you that quran does not mean the tittle of a book.The meaning "reading" seems more logical to me.
                                    bye.

                                        Peace be upon you Agentxxx,

                                        quran was not compiled/collected as a book before all the 114 suras were revealed.

                                        Exactly! D

                                        so while studying 122/482/7204 etc if we take the word "quran" for a book it will confuse us sinse at the time of the revelation of these verses there was no book, it used to confuse me and I agree with you that quran does not mean the tittle of a book.The meaning "reading" seems more logical to me.

                                        Absolutely. It takes a lot of courage to see it this way. Many of us are constantly conditioned to see it the other way because this word is harldy ever translated and always capatalized. Brother Ayman wrote a very eye opening article that you should read if you havent.

                                          Hi Idolfree1,

                                          What according to u, is the book traditionally called 'Quran', containing 114 chapters?
                                          Whose words are those?

                                          Peace!
