That's not what I was talking about. I said "Arabs", meaning in classical dictionaries and old books of grammar (time-wise).
So you want to say
If some name is used in "examples" ,then it is a sure proof ,that any person of that name never existed as companion of the Holy Prophet ??

Zayd ibn Harithah (Zayd ibn Muhammad or Zaid mawla Muhammad) (c. 578-627 CE) was a prominent figure in the early Islamic community and the only one of sahaba whose name is spelled directly in Quran. IF Zayd Bin Harith didn't exist then who was the ex husband of Huzoor? 's wife zainab? and who was the father of Osama Bin Zayd? yay Now lemme see how these quranists say Zayd Bin Harith didn't exist.

Come on guys! what is wrong with accepting Zaid as prophet Mohammad's(pbuh) son? If God did not want to take his name, could he not use the term, " When his adopted son was through with,,,,"
If the name is there in Quran, and it is being confirmed/verified through history as well , why are we insisting upon this being fictitious? and provide a chance to a very rational person (leoxyz) to be skeptical ?
