Actually, my thinking leaves me to conclude that our friend Leo is lost for words, or if you will, logical arguements. And if that is the case, then he is more than likely going through a period of cognitive dissonance wherein his arrogance and ignorance is causing him to resort to such silly defense mechanism in an attempt to save/defend his worldview(Pagan worldview that is)

Apply this criterion and the only Quranists you'll get are people with no brain, i.e. dead people. Specifically, dead people whose brains had disintegrated. Most freshly dead people still have brains, although their brains no longer work.

That being said, if your intention is "to protect your understanding of the quran", then surely you would be better served stating your case with each entry as opposed to simply insulting and sarcastly commenting on others.

You are openly spitting in God's face, as if He is not enough for you and His signs (which are consistently talked about throughout the quran) do not strengthen your iman at all. The hypocrites worry that a sura may be revealed exposing what is inside their hearts. Say, "Go ahead and mock. GOD will expose exactly what you are afraid of."
He has instructed you in the scripture that if you hear GOD's revelations being mocked and ridiculed, you shall not sit with them, unless they delve into another subject. Otherwise, you will be as guilty as they are. GOD will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers together in Hell.
